Our Funders
Multi-Year Grantees Announced CHNA 20 is pleased to announce the recipients of its Multi-Year Grant initiative. Each of these funded projects will support innovative programming through increased linkages and multidisciplinary collaborations. All projects have the potential for data-driven, long-term system or policy change that could be replicated in the future. After a vigorous selection process, three recipients were chosen and $110,000 will be awarded to each of the following organizations over three years:

The project promotes healthy living for families with at-risk children from birth to age five utilizing a preventative approach aimed at conquering childhood obesity. The Milton Board of Health Project: MiltonCares The program supports a broad-based community coalition to address the pressing problems of substance abuse disorders and mental illness in the town of Milton.
