Who participates in CHNA? CHNA participation is open to anyone interested in working with others to improve the health and well-being of local residents and communities. Representatives may come from: Boards of Health  Community coalitions and agencies  Businesses  City and local governments  Religious or fraternal organizations  Grassroots organizations  Health and human service agencies  Law enforcement agencies  Residents  Schools, colleges, and universities  Youth  Elders

What Is the Blue Hills Community Health Alliance CHNA 20? The Blue Hills Community Health Alliance is a regional coalition dedicated to building healthier communities by engaging a wide range of stakeholders to identify and address the health needs of our communities.

CHNA 20 is governed by a volunteer Steering Committee which reflects the views and needs of its membership.
