Assessment of Norms, Behaviors, and Attitudes About Alcohol

Scituate High School is surveying parents to learn more about their personal beliefs and perceptions regarding underage use of alcohol. This survey will only take a few moments of your time. The combined results will be shared with you throughout the year through health promotion activities. This survey is for parents of high school students. When completing these questions, you should answer based on your thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors about your high school child(ren). This survey is anonymous. Your responses cannot be traced to you. No one will know how you answered the items in this survey. Please answer the questions based on what you actually think and do. Completing this survey is voluntary. You may skip any question you choose not to answer.
