Are pleased to announce a two part Hoarding Training for Public Health Nurses, first responders and housing providers. Hoarding Level 1: Key Information for Hoarding Intervention Tuesday, May 5, 2015, 8:45 – 1:00 PM Braintree Village, 2 McCusker Drive, Braintree, MA 02184
This half day training will provide an overview of key information about hoarding. The training is designed as a refresher course for those who have had previous hoarding training and as an introduction to hoarding for those who have no prior training. Hoarding Level 2: Communication and Development of an Intervention Plan Tuesday May 12, 8:45-1:00 PM Braintree Village, 2 McCusker Drive, Braintree, MA 02184
This training will assist participants in more effectively communicating with clients who struggle with hoarding behaviors, develop strategies for assisting clients in building insight and motivation as well as exploring key components of effective intervention plans.
