The Morsø DB15’s environmental credentials is ideal for any home striving to reduce its carbon impact. Capable of 9kW to water and 6kW to the room the DB15 is a DEFRA approved stove for use in smoke control areas.

The DB15 boiler stove is a collaboration of exceptional combustion technology and classic Morsø styling. Within its elementary steel exterior lies a primary and secondary combustion chamber designed to operate at temperatures exceeding 1000°C. The DB15 utilises the Down Burn principle enabling remarkable clean burning and high efficiency rarely achieved in a boiler stove.

DB15 TECH SPEC. FUEL Wood and Briquettes Biomass Joinery Waste Anthracite Lignite Bituminous coal Approved manufactured smokeless fuels IMPORTANT NOTE The DB15 has been independently tested with the above fuels and meets the requirements of EN 13240.

However you must ensure any and all connecting flue pipe, adaptors. chimney liner or chimney system used in the installation is approved for use with the intended fuel.

A typical stove exhausts products of combustion and smoke into the chimney around baffles located in the top of the fire box.

logs, joinery waste, anthracite, lignite, bituminous coal and of course it is capable of burning any approved manufactured smokeless fuel.

The Morsø DB15 fire box is sealed at the top forcing the smoke back down through the fire bed and into a secondary chamber behind the main fire box. Not only is more of the smoke burnt as it passes through the fire bed but the introduction of tertiary air into this secondary chamber reignites any unburnt gases and smoke before discharge into the chimney.

The DB15 incorporates an adjustable Aquastat giving full control over the hot water requirements.

The main combustion air is introduced in to the the fire box via a side window air-wash keeping the glass clear for an uninterrupted view of living flame.

As a genuine multi-fuel stove the DB15 has been independently tested for use with seasoned

In addition to the main thermostatic control is a secondary manual air-wash inlet at the top of the door allowing an instant boost of flame and heat.
