DEAR FANS Welcome to a South Carolina tradition—the 2022 BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX! For more than two decades, the tournament has featured a one-ofa-kind, better-ball competition pairing professionals with amateurs and celebrities. This year, two of the Upstate’s premier courses —Thornblade Club and The Carolina Country Club—play host to this world-class event. Respectively, we know the Greenville/Greer communities will warmly welcome the annual return of the tournament, and we are excited to be back in Spartanburg. However, there is far more to our tournament than sport and the weeklong calendar of spectacular special events that accompanies it each year. Our featured charities are the greater purpose that fuels us. Since 2001, the tournament has raised $14.3 million dollars to aid local philanthropic causes. There are remarkable stories behind this dollar sign, and this year we are grateful to have the opportunity to help the following organizations write their next chapter: Gibbs Cancer Center & Research Institute, Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, Roper Mountain Science Center, Meyer Center for Special Children and Cancer Society of Greenville County. Thank you to our sponsors for their gracious support and to our volunteers for their tireless efforts. These valued businesses and dedicated community members make it possible for us to provide our participants with an unforgettable experience as we showcase this beautiful place we have chosen as our home. Whether you are joining us from near or far, we warmly welcome you to the BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX.

DEAR GOLF FANS, On behalf of the Korn Ferry Tour, it is our pleasure to welcome you to the BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX. The next generation of golf’s stars will tee it up this week at Thornblade Club and Carolina Country Club, chasing their lifelong dreams of reaching the PGA TOUR. We are thrilled to partner with BMW as the title sponsor and TD SYNNEX as presenting sponsor in the 21st installment of this tournament. In last year’s event, Chile’s Mito Pereira won by four strokes to post his third victory of the 2020–21 super-season, which saw him become the 12th player in Korn Ferry Tour history—and the first since Wesley Bryan in 2016—to earn the automatic three-win promotion to the PGA TOUR. As we move forward, we will continue to grow the Tour’s appeal, presence and profile in the United States and abroad. This season, we resumed international play in The Bahamas, Panama and Colombia, and with 50 PGA TOUR cards annually awarded through the Korn Ferry Tour, we are clearly developing the next wave of stars while creating a top destination for players from around the world. This week near Greenville, the players will be competing for a $750,000 purse, a 25-percent increase from last season. We value our partnerships with BMW, TD SYNNEX and the Upstate community and their commitment to the Korn Ferry Tour. We appreciate the ongoing support from both Thornblade Club and Carolina Country Club members, as well as the volunteers, fans and media for their commitment to make this tournament a huge success.

BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX

Enjoy the BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX as you watch the next generation of PGA TOUR stars!

Sincerely,

Alex Baldwin President, Korn Ferry Tour

DEAR FRIENDS, Welcome to the BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX. We are excited to have two beautiful Upstate South Carolina golf courses hosting this event, from June 9-12, 2022. We are pleased to be back at Thornblade Club this year and very proud to welcome The Carolina Country Club for the 21st playing of this tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour. We look forward to four exciting days as professional, celebrity, and amateur players hit the greens. A warm welcome to those new to the tournament and welcome back to all returning participants. All of the action will once again be broadcasted to a worldwide viewing audience on the Golf Channel. Since its inception in 2001, the tournament has donated over $14 million in charitable giving. This year, the tournament will benefit five specific charities: Gibbs Cancer Center & Research Institute, Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, Cancer Society of Greenville County, Meyer Center for Special Children and Roper Mountain Science Center. BMW has been proud to call South Carolina home for over 25 years. Just as our Plant Spartanburg associates share a passion for excellence in building premium quality vehicles, together, we are also proud of the charitable giving and impact this golf tournament has on the local community. Thank you to our sponsors, volunteers, participants, and spectators for making this a great tournament. Please enjoy the event!

DEAR TOURNAMENT ATTENDEES, On behalf of TD SYNNEX Corporation, I am pleased to welcome you to the 2022 BMW Charity Pro-Am. As presenting sponsor for the past 11 years, the tournament has been an integral part of our company’s story. And that hasn’t changed with the merger in 2021 that created TD SYNNEX, the world’s largest IT distribution company. Each year along with BMW, we enjoy hosting the players, celebrities, and spectators who visit the Upstate for this great event. It’s a pleasure to show off the place we call home, including our thriving downtown, golf courses and clubs. It’s also fun being with so many locals who attend the tournament. But what’s most important about tournament week is the impact it has on our greater community. In 2022, this will include assisting local cancer patients, helping children suffering from illnesses and disabilities, providing meals to homebound citizens, enabling children to succeed in school, and providing access to science education. TD SYNNEX is humbled to have played a part in the more than $14.3 million dollars raised since the tournament’s inception in 2001, and we look forward to seeing this number climb in the years ahead.

BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX

Just as the BMW Charity Pro-Am is about more than golf, TD SYNNEX is about more than IT distribution. Our story is largely about getting involved in the communities we serve. And the tournament is just one of the many ways our more than 1,000 Upstate associates are able to give back.

10

We hope you have a great time enjoying the golf and meeting a few celebrities this week. And while you’re at it, we invite you to learn more about the tournament’s philanthropic impact. Remember, it’s never too late to find a small way you can give back to Greenville or whatever community you call home. We believe that together, everyone can make a difference. From all of us at TD SYNNEX, we hope you enjoy the tournament.

Sincerely, Bob Stegner Vice President, SCCI Board of Directors Senior Vice President, Marketing, North America TD SYNNEX Corporation

DEAR FRIENDS. It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX. The Carolina Country Club and Thomblade Club, each with its unique challenges and magnificent scenery, are the locations for this year’s events. It has been nearly thirty years since BMW chose South Carolina as the site of its first full production facility outside of Germany, invigorating the manufacturing sector in our state, creating jobs, and contributing immeasurably to our economic prosperity. Now in its 21st year, the BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX continues a legacy of giving that touches lives in a positive way. Over the lifetime of the tournament, $14.3 million have been raised for various charities, with Gibbes Cancer Center, The Meyer Center for Special Children, Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, Cancer Society of Greenville County, and Roper Mountain Science Center featured this year. I would like to thank the sponsors, participants, spectators, and volunteers who contribute to the success of this tournament and, for those of you visiting the Palmetto State, I hope you will return soon. Yours very truly,

SOUTH CAROLINA CHARITIES, INC. (SCCI), the non-profit foundation of the BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX, was created in order to showcase the beauty of Upstate South Carolina and the hospitality of its citizens to the world; to create an event that brings the Upstate a fun and entertaining week centered around professional athletes and world renowned celebrities; and raise money and awareness for South Carolina charities. Since 2001, the tournament has distributed $14.3 million to charities in the Upstate, part of the PGA TOUR’s $3 billion raised for charity. The BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX is the only tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour where amateurs and celebrities are grouped with Korn Ferry Tour professionals in a three-day better-ball competition over two courses. The Meyer Center for Special Children is a nonprofit that empowers children with disabilities to reach their maximum potential. We are not affiliated with the American Cancer Society and all of our funds are spent locally. We serve over 4,000 cancer patients here at home each year.

Roper Mountain Roper Mountain Science Center, the most unique organization in the Upstate focused on science education, is exceptionally positioned as a public-private partnership (with Greenville County Schools) to: deliver curriculum-based, hands-on learning for students, offer inspiring “edutainment” for the public and produce state-of-the-art training for teachers.

THE CAROLINA COUNTRY CLUB

Our Tom Jackson designed, 18-hole championship layout thought to be among the best courses in the Upstate, meanders through a beautiful natural setting that brings stream and our signature lake into play on several holes. The course can stretch as long as 7,000 yards from the Championship tee and play as short as 4,700 yards for our Red tee. With six sets of tees available, The Carolina Country Club is both a challenge and a treat to play for all skill levels. Our recently renovated Champion Ultra-dwarf Bermuda grass greens are in excellent condition, along with our 419 Bermuda grass Fairways and Teeing grounds. A wonderful complement to our great course is our extensive practice facilities, which include a fill length driving range, 100 yard short range, pitching and chipping practice green and 4,500 square foot practice putting green. Whether you are working hard to improve your game or you just want to relax and clear your mind, the practice facility at The Carolina Country Club is just the ticket. The oversized range provides ample space for every golfer while being secluded from the hustle and bustle of the daily activities of the club. Players can hit every club in the bag to a variety of predetermined target greens and the oversized grass teeing area ensures a great turf to hit from each day.

BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX

Along with the full practice range, the club also features a short game area designed especially for those handicap reducing shots. The short game area includes two green side bunkers and over 90 yards of fairway and rough to practice wedge shots to the green.
