It seeks to encourage short-term reuse of p publicly-owned y buildings/properties that is vacant or abandoned in the city’s spaces, to build an integrated system of relative discussions and activities with local participation.

Regeneration does not mean to construct more ‘fashionable’ and ‘profitable’ buildings by the will of market, market rather, rather it should develop a more livable, livable sustainable and fair environment for citizens. Thus, we reject the pervasive planning concept in Taipei that refers to the large-scale, over-crowded and property-led regeneration. Through redesigning this land, we seek k to t provide id an environmentally i t ll friendly, f i dl open and d public bli space.

Asia Urban renaissance of Taipei should be for the many, not for the few. Rethinking the social justice of land use is crucial in this neo-liberalist and unjust period.
