Indeed, many month’s have passed since our last publication, and not to make any excuses, but times trying to keep up the norms of life as a single parent do take it’s toll. Let’s not forget that all accumulated data for any coming issues are still in my pocket, and is ready for distribution. Flipping The Script

by Bobby Tequila Hey, look! Someone set a fire on the old Mr. Creeky barn in the backyard, and all the pretty horses are flying away. That moment I see a panic take over your body as you try to seek out the locals for some help. Putting out the fire was a priority for you. In my mind, this is the perfect scenario of you losing your remote control to your smart screen. Needless to say, there is no real fire. All I wanted was for you to tune into the LIVE events offered by all our Tier One channels without hesitation nor distraction. Besides the fake fire can wait.

Today here is invite to another tool I am starting to utilize and now offer as a legit way to get content creators into the spotlight. This tool is very informative when it comes details about what the content creator’s current projects are, plus it is showing a preview of our Tier One work flows both in designing our latest magazine and or creating 3d props in our Daz Studio. Bottom line, the invitation is worth your time if you are a content creator in the Patreon platform.

Of course, if you don’t believe in flying horses, or maybe the fact that a zero dollar displayed on your Patreon home page is all you ever wanted, then tuning into our LIVE events is not the place for you. It’s not everyday I meet people who own a Patreon account and do nothing to get the content seen. What I do want is those content 6

creators seeking other options to make a difference in the social media world. Mind you, if you keep the dream alive, flying horses are real.

Now, imagine taming one of those flying horses and taking your dreams into places never before seen. For me, the idea alone of LIVE events streaming from our Tier One channels was a afterthought. Now it is one of the stronger rewards we want to offer to our patrons, and taming the flying horse is just the beginning. When it comes to making your dreams come true, Tier One is taking baby steps by offering tools to make that happen.

If you can take a deep breath and take notice of the icons you see on the next page, those icons are active links in the digital publication and they will take you to our Facebook Group, Youtube, Instagram, and our IGTV once engaged. As far as other social media tools, we do offer shares of Patreon related Instagram accounts into our Tier One stories and this tool has proven to one of our introductory actions to get your attention on purpose. To add LIVE events in our arsenal is just making sure we are staying ahead of the game in all ways possible. To get your content seen, there is no real time to relax. The time to act is now.

Again, outside of a burning barns and flying horses, the dreams of a Patreon creator is always important to Tier One. We don’t want to play the normal 2 step and get out while you can dance with noting to show. We are going in with an army with every intention to kick some butt. I also do recommend for you to engage with your comments and show LOVE in our LIVE

events. I recommend for you to as well follow through on your dreams and do all you can showing and doing your part to support other creators as they too will do theirs. If it’s about getting the spotlight that your Patreon account deserves, only you can take it places where it needs to be.

What is Patreon?

by Bobby Tequila In May 2013, young musicians Jack Conte, and Sam Yam, both based in San Francisco, founded a membership platform that provides workable opportunities for creators to get paid. On this membership platform many artists and creators build and run a subscription content service using the tools available on the website, and these creators are getting paid for the things they already created.

Many entry level businesses for creators (web comics, song writers, pod casters, etc) all on this platform, over 10,000 or

more are all powered by Patreon, and in a total sum of worked combined all together have a potential earned salary of over $2 million in monthly payouts to these group of creators.

With a payment model styled as a subscription service, fans pay their favorite artist a choice monthly amount in exchange for goodies offered by the creator. This model that rewards pledgers also keeps the creator on their journey to follow their dreams, and the best thing going, all creators create on their own terms. The model is a win-win.

Signature Series

by Bobby Tequila It is a wonder to be hypnotized with a smile on your face. Turn on your Wi-Fi and flip through the internet channels, and in it comes the world of cosmic creations.

One channel tells a tale of models making their dreams a reality, and another channel features the fine touch of digital art. All is agreeable that these content creation channels have their own way to relate to the world. We laugh together. We learn together.

Zeus Conquered All

by Bobby Tequila On the day that Zeus conquered all, many the ancient stories were already told. It was also known according to the Greek mythos that Zeus was the God of thunder.

To others Zeus was lover of many, and the spiritual authority that many dedicated their lives to. Zeus had no flaws.

Still in the far away lands of Phoenicia, there was no doubt the Phoenicians capitalized on being one of the stronger maritime navy of the time, and ruling these great unified lands of Phoenicia was King Agenor. With his voice commanding against all others, the lands in Phoenicia were very prosperous and were decorated with riches.

So many idealogies were at total opposites from what ancient Phoenicians believed compared to that those of the Zeus believing peoples in Crete. In Crete, the lands were divided from one set of rules to the next, all governed by different heads, and all almost vulnerable to any attack.

What the peoples of Crete feared most was their lands, and their way of life to fall under the dictating laws of Phoenicia. King Agenor called upon his military might of the Phoenicians, and readied them to set their navy to raid on Crete. The ancient world was at the brink of war.

One day during a melancholy sunset, the Phoenician Navy started to assemble their war ships on the seashores. Then, from the skies a majestic white bull descended onto the sands. In the approach of the white 22

bull, almost in a slow pace of harmony, he strolled over the sands towards the main base camp of the assembling Navy.

By chance, the beautiful Europa, daughter of King Agenor, took her place outside the entrance of this base to wish her father King Agenor a victorious journey. Europa and her tending companions all were confident of the family members being safe.

The mystery of the white bull suddenly grabbing on Europa’s attention baffled her companions, and they too seemed mesmerized by flowery fragrance lingering in the air. In Greek mythos, the white bull is associated with the shape-shifting powers of Zeus. Without hesitation, as Europa sat on the back of the bull, Zeus startled Europa, and with her in toll, Zeus jumped into the Mediterranean Sea. A landing destination to Crete was the plan the entire time.

In this story, Europa was to birth 3 children to the God of thunder. Also, with Europa becoming Queen of Crete, these divided governments were finally unified. Now with potential family members in Crete, King Agenor kept his navy from ever attacking again.

This story is one of romance and stubbornness because Zeus did love Europa, but he did use a deceiving tactic to protect his legend. In return, as this story carried into many generations later, the people in Crete would point to the stars outlining a bull in their constellations. Thus the zodiac of Taurus is forever residing in the night sky. Zeus conquered all.

Fever Twitch April

by Bobby Tequila It is a pleasure for me, here at Tier One to start a long time envy I had for others. You guessed it, I opened up the newest project dedicated for our followers. This endeavor is the unforgettable Tier One LIVE streams on Twitch. Yes, it took several good trouble shooting sessions to get the steady flow I wanted, but the end product is a coming of age MP4 video that is very informative in our work flows. Our Twitch is up.

For starters, I am using the OBS software and the Streamlabs site to compliment my videos. The settings I prefer is a x264 encoder on a superfast CPU preset usage for my output. My bitrate is at 2000 kbs with a CBR control, I have a Blue Snowball microphone set up as my audio. My canvass resolution is at 1920x1080 with a 720 output, downscale filter set at Bicubic, and a FPS of 30. Finally with every LIVE stream I am ready to broadcast, I do set my OBS performance on high priority over any other software running to minimize the dropped files.

On the Twitch side, I create my overlays with a combination of DAZ3d assets I make plus complimenting with assets from the Canva software. I will provide FREE download links on the next page, and in the appendix.

Back to Twitch, it took me at least 10 -15 streams to figure out that sweet spot I wanted to present to you online. With this growing passion I have to keep creating, I invite you today to join our group 28

As Real As It Gets

by Bobby Tequila Sometimes being smashed up by a war hammer is the only way to get a point across, at least, that is the mind-set Mr. Cinderbox has when it comes content creators not trying to make a difference. Instead of waiting around for pledgers to come and visit your Patreon page, Mr. Cinderbox believes that creators should take the bull by it’s horns, and create their own reality. Let it be known that as a creator being a lazy, and you have no pledgers to show for it, Mr. Cinderbox says that is exactly what you deserve. Being real, the time for bracing your body for an all out war is now.

Take this image on the left for instance. Here we see Mr. Cinderbox on stage, and the crowd at this lounge is not favoring his stance. The truth is when you listen in onto the tensed voices from this closed minded audience, it is clear that Mr. Cinderbox is hitting a raw nerve that matters. Guess what, he does not care. When Mr. Cinderbox is on stage, it is his world, and ti is his time to do as he pleases, and there is nothing that you can do but feel his wrath. If it’s about lighting a unforgettable fire to motivate you, bet on it, Mr. Cinderbox will not let up.

What is important about this article is that I want to introduce Mr. Cinderbox to the world. I want it known that Mr. Cinderbox is a created character that has joined our mission the get content creators seen, but at this same time, he does not want you wasting his time. Think of him as a opposing force in my arsenal to tool to promote content creators.

From where Mr. Cinderbox is standing, he will be first one to tell you how unfit you are to be a creator if you do not meet his expectations. At the end, Mr. Cinderbox is like my worthy opponent, an adversary, a villi an of sorts that will create intense drama and controversial suspense for all to enjoy.

Although, he is a character rendered from Daz Studios, he will pop up on my Instagram feeds, my videos with his commentary, and in all suitable content he so wishes. Mr. Cinderbox, plain and simple, will be voice pushing you to be a better creator. As real as it gets, this is where Mr. Cinderbox becomes my war hammer in the digital world. The Worst Podcast

by Bobby Tequila The words have been spoken, and as the echoed sounds came into existence, the words left listeners begging for more.

It was a broadcast heard all around the world. It was a back and forth dialog filled with both a excited drama and a lingering suspense. Heartbeats purposely synch to the vibrating sounds just to say that they too found harmony in that symphonic fire.

Instantly, there was no stopping it, those heartbeats fell in love with that hypnotic voice, and nothing has ever been the same since.

When I am talking about the art of podcasting, I am well aware that the listeners have their own certain type of genre that they will subscribe too. On top of that, I also know that in one way or another that there is a certain voice, that one voice, that they favor and go to for inspiration. I think we can all agree, to listening to these creators in the art of podcasting is an experience in itself, but the question in my mind is a question I want to present to you....What does it feel like to start your own podcast and becoming that one voice that brings happiness and education to others?

What we have here today is my written walkthrough reasoning why a person should have or start a podcast in the 32

coming weeks if you don’t have one already. I do also want to make clear my mission to get this article to your eyes, and as we begin, I hope you find your own reasoning to take this article to heart. It is safe to say that today, mid April, has been a rough set of weeks to all of us around the world. With everybody on lock down, and the government, no matter where you are, is doing all actions they can to find a cure to the virus that has disrupted and changed our life as we know it, or once how we knew it. When the virus runs it course, and we as a people finally get to rise up from this tragedy, we will also realize a new of live will also be the norm and adapted.

I say this because we are already see the impact the virus is making into our LIVE events or LIVE televised series. As studios are shutting down, those studios resort to filming LIVE events in their actor’s or celebrity’s homes. We see talk shows that usually have more than one host keeping that show together change their usual format, and now this studios take LIVE broadcasting from each host’s environment. On our smart screens we now see a four way communication between these hosts to keep their show alive. Let’s be real, this change of events will now be acceptable in our everyday lifestyle for the coming years, and running

shows from a top notch studio will not be as necessary anymore.

Where the art of podcasting becomes important, well, it is as simple as your microphone taking action and creating your own presence into the ever growing matrix of social medias. Plus, there is already a small niche doing it. Today’s day of age is the trigger to now have a podcast of some sort because, now, just like the big studios resorted to, you too can do this from the comfort of your own home. If you begin now creating your brand, now in a

1. the popularity of podcasting is already a legit subscribing platform with a numbered listeners of over 110 million peoples since 2017 2. as far as listeners grabbing your episodes of your podcasting talents, it is now easier to consume with peoples already owning smart phones and downloading apps.

On a final note, if the title of this article intrigued you, let me finish this article by bringing to your attention that the worst podcast that I can think of right now is the podcast you never started. 5 Reward Tips

by Bobby Tequila The clock on the wall says it is time to create. Maybe it’s a Sunday afternoon.

Maybe it’s a Tuesday morning. I dare to day no matter the time of day, when it is time to create, to me it is always a Friday night. In this belief system, my mind is ready and looking forward to when the evening comes. I am ready to create every night.

Think about it, those days in your youth, when you always looked forward to party coming the weekend as soon as school let’s out. Think about how that energy built up trying to get through the week to get the weekend on your calender. There was joy win that day come. There was excitement in everything you did knowing that you had your weekend planned, and there was no one to influence you otherwise.

With this mind-set, take that energy and now apply it in your everyday life of creation. Now every night is your Friday night essence. This is the time to create. This si the time to truly get excited because now it is about you creating your happiness in the things you love doing, creation what you love doing, and bring values for those whom you love around you.

Now that you are creating and looking forward to create, a honest way to create an income in the things your create is to open up a crowd funding account. Here 36

supports can pledge a certain amount of money in your creations, and you reward them accordingly to their amount. If you haven’t open an account on Patreon, I recommend to start now, and lets get kind of income that you so much desire for your creations.

Of course, there is some trouble shooting to get that certain appeal on your Patreon.

At the end it is about presentation, and how your reward tiers are set up. As a useful guide when starting, take note to open up with no more than 5 reward tiers.

A sweet spot for beginners is to have up to 3 reward tiers, keeping your presentation strong, yet is still a growing process, until you are confident to add more.

For beginners I also recommend some kind of Honor Pledge collab system going with other creators. You pledge $1.00 to them, and they agree to honor $1.00 pledge back to you. This agreement is important because it erases that zero emptiness on your income status that everyone reads when they visit you.

Now for the meat of this article, when you are setting up your tiers, I recommend to do some research and check out how other creators reward their patrons.

Everything is workable and can be suited to fit your needs. What you need to remember is, what are the needs of the new potential patrons visiting your page.

By no means are these in order, these are suggestion to get you started, and for purposes bringing to your attention that anyone can start a patreon account with ease. With any reward tier choice you decide on, always remember to keep your rewards scalable to reach from 1 to 100 or more patrons a month, and doing it in a time that is satisfactory to fulfill each engagement. Here are the 5 reward ideas I suggest to you as follows:

IDEA 1: monthly digital downloads Many patrons appreciate the idea of digital downloads. It can be simple as a png or jpeg artwork in a Dropbox file or even now add as an attachment in status Patreon posting. Other creators even upload monthly free screen saver artwork as a digital download, or even a signature signed poster. The idea of this being a monthly reward gives you room to create themed artwork for that month. Like a scene of Christmas in a December download, or a Aries imagery in March. With free digital downloads. All sorts of medias can be accessible. Take PDFs for an example, or imagine a monthly newsletter as a download. This reward can be useful.

IDEA 2: tags and credits of patrons Yes, with many YouTube channels being presented as a media outlet for the creators, there must be a credit of recognition that names patrons in the videos. You can also tag many patrons on your Instagram, or even have a form of their typed name in your paper, book, publication creations. Shout Outs are also great as a form of recognition.

IDEA 3: access to private groups When the chance arises, there is always a need of communication of collaboration with all your patrons at once. Open up a Facebook chat group or even a Instagram chat group. Here your patrons will access all you DM’s when you need to update them and they can respond here with their replies. Imagine giving access to your patrons on brainstorm idea, upcoming events, or even have poll strategies here for all in this private group to enjoy.

IDEA 4: discount prices When it comes to art, creators have their own way of selling things. Some use Ebay, some go to Amazon. However there are those creators that keep their sales in house and use the PayPal app. Imagine setting a price that is universal in the normal market, Maybe it can changed with a promo or coupon of the moment, but then what incentive is left for your patrons. Maybe they do not want to buy it full price. Here is where you can offer discount prices depending on the tier your patron is on. For every tier adjusted is another $5.00 off and so on. Where a %25.00 full price is now %10.00 on your tier 2 rewards. There is plenty room to make this work for you.

IDEA 5: greeting cards to Polaroid So another way to thank you patrons on a monthly basis is sending them greeting cards. With your signature inside, the kicker is you also sent a Polaroid of the month inside that greeting card. This is a great way to make your patrons smile.

World War Boost

One look into the idea of what we know as the mainstream internet, and it is a mind boggle to even think about the infinite variations of web links that content creators associate themselves with. To try and even build your own presence in this digitized matrix is defiantly an uphill battle, and I wish I could say there was an easy way available for anyone to showcase their work in this battle, but like everything else in life of somebody trying to get ahead, it’s a dog eat dog reality if you are not at least trying.

As I am putting down words for this article, I also want to take into account all the connected platforms that Tier One utilizes for our patrons. From Twitter to BlogSpot, and all other websites in between, Tier One is doing all it can to leave a stamp in these websites promoting our pledged creators in. One day it is as simple as Tier One sharing your Patreon link into our Facebook page, and the next day it is designing your content in our monthly publication. At the end, when you think of the working hard Tier One, I want everyone to think of it as the GO-TO place to get content creators seen.

Like I said, I do know it is hard for any individual to advertise their own Patreon content that is trying attract certain markets back to your own Patreon page, but with each step you take making your Patreon the brand that it is suppose to be, it is for sure a step that matters, and Tier One applause you for your efforts.

What is bothering me though, is the idea of creators waiting around for viewers to stumble by chance in those accounts.

I have to ask why even open a Patreon account. The fact is that those accounts waiting around will have a constant zero dollar displayed on their page, and the only one creator to blame is you.
