It was about 2 years ago that I started rendering assets from DAZ3D. It was also 2 years ago that I was invested into an apocalyptic story theme that I wanted to bring to life.

I called this theme KOZ (Killer Of Zombies,) and I wanted to introduce the setting in the city of New Orleans. So over the past years, I found myself in the middle of many projects, including the develop of Tier One. All the while, the KOZ project still had remnants of wanting to take over.

Now we are in the 8th issue of Tier One. I have many outlets created to ensure there are multiple sources of creativity going on, and in the deepest of files, I found her, my forsaken creation, and its here I found a way to implement all back burner ideas and bring them forward. Today we have Miss Mardi Gras, the main character of the KOZ series, a survivor in my long lost files, and a surviver of the apocalyptic times developed in the story.

She left New Orleans to travel a gypsy life and when the blight to over the world, Miss Mardi Gras forced her way back home to try find her immediate family, only to find no one was home. Yes, the story is a back burner project, but Miss Mardi Gras is character that has outgrown her destiny. I decided to fit her 3d design on merch, gift attire, tote bags, i-phone covers, and so on...And all can be discovered on my RageOn account.

Wake up with the sun bright on my eyes and the air I breath, I remember a touch of seabreeze. Oh the songbirds sing. Oh the raindrops fall like tear drops, and the ache in my heart taking its time to break apart my dignity, lost in the saucy of life, lost in the misunderstood reflections that become a touch of seabreeze, linger...linger more.

Over the cold mountains. Through the crowd of leaves on the forest where the greyhound run. It all finds a calm by the rocks by the falls. The scent in the air like a lime squeezed by a rainbow sky. Yes it is a touch of seabreeze that makes my day. Yes, I run from the wolves that haunt me. I run far aways to the where the ebb and flows of salt waters meet a destiny on the wings of my shoulder down to the sandals I walk in. My skin cold, but I move.

It is never-ending. It is an innocent mind. It is infinite by all and nothing at the same time, and the only way to overcome is to know a confidence

like no other. You smile knowing that when the next morning comes, you will create again. A crayon in your hand and you attempt to watercolor the rain away. You hear the songbird again and woes of the wolf withered down the hill. Time is now on your side. The greyhound sipping the vodka and the rum straight up.

You stand there overlooking all that has accomplished you, astonished you, and demolished you. One breath, you see where you came and you see where you are going. Excerpt from “When My Innocence Ended,�

I lived an abusive Childhood. Physically, Emotionally, and Verbally assaulted and abused by my mother and father. When they weren't acting out their abuses on me they usually ignored me. I felt invisible in my own home while simultaneously being used as a Punching Bag much of the time. Subsequently, I developed several Psychiatric Disorders: High levels of Pervasive Anxiety, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and PTSD. But even more horrible, especially to my young, starving Psyche, were the feelings of Worthlessness and Abandonment, which to this day, sometime in early 2018, I lapse into with an unanswered phone call or missed appointment with a friend or Loved One. For an eighteen month period in my life, between ages ten and twelve, I was seemingly abandoned by five significant people in my world. Or, so I believed until not quite two years ago. When My Innocence Ended is the story of those eighteen months and those five people. From the First person I fell Romantically in love with, Robert, when we were both ten, to JFK, which left not just me feeling abandoned, but the entire Nation.

TIER ONE MAGAZINE I met and befriended David on his 10th Birthday and quickly became a regular at his family's Saturday dinners where I wished I was "colored," as my mother so often remarked, so I could truly be a part of their gracious and Loving family.

After one such dinner, unbeknownst to me, David and family disappeared into the night, leaving me, as I was wont to believe, abandoned and alone. Again!

During that period I also first became aware of my bisexuality, though it would be five years before I would ever hear that word. I fell in love with Robert, and then, in a frivolous act of childhood abandon, I injured him, or as his father put it, "you, you boy. You damaged my Robert," likely leaving him with a scarred cheek and possibly the loss of his left eye. I can't know the truth of that as I never did see him again, and only came to the realization that I may have scarred not just his face, but his entire Future Reality in 2016 within hours of my spontaneous and unplanned Coming Out on several Social Media pages.

Not long after that trauma I fell in love with Gracie, whom I had been friends with for five years, when she told me to, "get over it. Robert is gone. But, I am right here, you idiot." For the next several months we played Monopoly and drank hot chocolate, while holding hands across the table, every Saturday night from 7PM until the Sun shone through the Kitchen window the next morning, with her mother's blessing as the woman slept through the night trusting two ten-year-olds to "play quietly together" and after saying "I love you" to both of us with a kiss on the forehead. When she and her mother Mary moved suddenly one Sunday afternoon, I was, I believed,

once again abandoned.

Number four was my surrogate mother, my Paternal Grandmother, who developed and died of Breast Cancer in the hospital without my having a chance to say goodbye because her older sister, my Aunt and Godmother, declared that, "kids didn't visit in the evening with the adults!"

On November 22, 1963, Black Friday, the Most Beloved President of all, JFK, was assassinated.

One by one these five people were ripped from my life by Life's Circumstances: Fleeing in the night, Major Accidents, Relocation, Cancer, and Assassination. Looking back not one of them wanted to or did abandon me. It was entirely in my perception, colored black by feelings of Loss and Abandonment, that I was crushed, damaged, traumatized, and eventually Disordered and always, always, blaming myself. I made them leave! I chased them away!

Because I was good-for-nothing, unlovable, and as my mother love to say, "a friggin' piece of shit like your worthless Old Man!" Though neither I, nor most of my lost Loved Ones, had any control over Life's Choices and Dictates, I always believed it was my fault. Not because it had happened. But because it always seemed to
