14. Wrong bed orientation. Restful sleep at night is essential for good health. Place the head of your bed to face east, (so when you are lying down, the top of your head points toward the east) to allow the body to achieve maximum healing and repair during sleep in alignment with the earth’s electromagnetics. If an E-Cise causes you pain discontinue its use and continue with the sequence of the remaining E-Cises. It is a great sequence of stretches to do for whole body range of movement and design movement. The sequence is very important. You will likely fall into one of four different categories of posture that all have their own set of E-Cises. The below abbreviated form is a general sequence for proper form and spinal alignment.
