YOGA WHAT IS YOGA? Yoga, at the very least, is a set of physical, mental and breathwork practices aiming for bringing balance, connection and harmony in life. YOGA AT THE WORKSPACE Yoga practice brings wonderful methods to work with the body and breath, and the great part of it is that they can be adapted to a variety of settings. So do not worry about having yoga clothes and yoga mats. In fact since decades yoga has been successfully brought to offices all over the world, in a form of adopted practices, office yoga, requires just an aired room and the willingness of participants. We may use chairs for simple chair yoga sessions or just a floor, with no need of expensive equipment. This is the most wonderful part of this practice, most of it happens really through quite simple movements, but well designed to exercise the body and connect to the breath. That’s it.
YOGA FOR TEAMS On the side of weekly office yoga classes, yoga is great for special team-building sessions and workshops. During team-building yoga sessions, we spend some time on individual practices aimed at imporving confindence, balance and stability, and then we practice in pairs focusing on giving and receiving support during yoga poses, which cultivates trust, reliance and communication. Those sessions are planned in a way to explore the unknown as a team and have fun while practising together! During the workshops, apart from yoga class, the participants will learn more theory about breathing techniques, self-care and wellness, which they can take with them to practice daily.

Work life is full of challenges, below you can find the two most common plans for companies: weekly plan - for those who are committed to bringing Yoga to their employees and enjoying long-term benefits; monthly plan - for those who are not sure yet, but eager to try and get their employees moving, streching and havning fun together (instead of Friday beers?). One class weekly: 30 mins session - 600 dkk 45 mins session - 900 dkk One class/month: 60 mins session - 1200 dkk Trial: You can always book a trial session, after which you collect feedback from your employees and decide if you wish to book a session on a weekly/monthly basis. There are discounts available for long-term agreements. The above prices are for groups of up to 12 students, prices for bigger teams on request.

MEET YOUR TEACHER
YOUR YOGA TEACHER My name is Bogna, I am a 200RYT certified yoga teacher, with above 600 hours of teaching experience, and guiding 8-10 weekly classes in the yoga studios in Copenhagen. The focus of my teaching is to cultivate body and mind benefits that will stay with students once they are off their mat. My yoga practice is driven by a personal strive for inner development, cultivating qualities that help me grow and balance my energy. My journey with Yoga started 14 years ago with my search for a practice that could support me both mentally and physically, supporting my good health. My favourite style of Yoga is Iyengar Yoga. I teach Hatha yoga and Gentle Flows, YIN and Restorative Yoga, and in my classes you will experience classic yoga Asanas combined with functional movement, working with body lines, tissues and energy. I am interested in functional Yoga - which can be targeted towards mobilising specific areas and aspects of the body (fx. Yoga for a healthy spine, yoga for runners, yoga for good digestion, for good sleep etc.). Inspired by my favourite teachers, I wish to create a class that will leave you nourished, energised and ready for the rest of the day.
