We would like to welcome everyone to our 20th Anniversary Sale. Wow, it is crazy how fast the time really does fly – it is already the 20th year since we began selling bulls by public auction. Looking back over the years we are incredibly proud of the progress we have made and the direction we have taken our herd. We are very thankful that we are in this business as it can be very rewarding, and the friendships we have gained are irreplaceable. We are proud of this milestone, and excited to see what another 20 will bring!
We feel very fortunate to raise cattle that we are passionate about. This year’s offering is packed with consistency and backed by cows we believe in.
Troubadour 5K is a bull we decided to utilize in our breeding program. He was our high seller to Richmond Ranch in 2022 for $65,000. The group we have put together that is sired by Troubadour have great hip shape and dimension. They are a little bigger framed and certainly have great angus character and masculinity. They are a group we are excited to showcase.
The Reagan cattle are very intriguing as well. Backed by a pedigree that is definitely interesting, the Reagan’s offer an outcross twist to anyone’s bull battery. They are all deep dark cherry red and as smooth made as can be. The foot on the herd sire is very ideal also.
As well, we have Judo sons, who are definite standouts again this year and have all the merits you’d expect. The Smack cattle are as consistent as ever, delivering dependable quality. And in the black angus, Four Mile once again captains our bull pen. He needs no introduction. All bulls in the offering will have a complete semen evaluation prior to the sale.
The heifer pen is an exciting group and features – for the first time ever – two black angus heifer calves. We feel we have put together an interesting group that is deep sided and stout, as well as fully functional with nice udder development and stand on a solid foot. These females are fancy fronted, and display as complete of an offering as we have ever put together. All heifers will be palpated before sale day and ready for breeding season.

Welcome to the 2025 Ter-Ron Farms annual Bull & Female sale. We are proud to invite you to this must attend event on behalf of the Adams’ family and our BMS team. Terry & Sharon, Rob & Maureen and the girls have established one of the most respected and sought after programs in the entire industry and it is what is showcased in the pages to come that solidify that along with their customer service and personable demeanour towards their clients.
The Red Bulls you will see in the 2025 offering are arguably the most consistent from sire group to sire group as ever before. These bulls are dark, hairy, soft made with a real sharp, eye appealing look to them. Many are heifer bull candidates that can be used so with confidence and many can be used on cows to add pounds and performance.The cowherd at Ter-Ron is extremely deep and productive.They are the kinds of cows you will be proud to have your herd bulls out of with a big emphasis on foot and udder quality and fleshing ability.
Although they have been made famous with their red program, the last decade has seen Ter-Ron Farms make a significant splash in the black hided cattle. Their Angus program has quickly elevated them to some of the most exciting black breeders in the industry with the acquisition of some of the most sought after and proven cow families to build around and the utilization of some of the most popular sires including the ownership of the 2023 CWA Champion Angus Bull, Four Mile, whose influence is represented heavily in this years bull sale.
Again this year is a great set of purebred replacement heifers.These females come from the heart of the herd and are made up of some of the most cherished cow families at Ter-Ron. Here are sisters to the bulls on offer giving you a great glimpse of the maternal side of these sale bulls pedigrees. A great opportunity awaits in this section to add a new bloodline to your herd from this reputable program.

Calving Ease Legend
Calving Ease is often related to birth weight of a bull. This is partly true but there are other factors that influence calving ease. The dam and her management are at least 50% of calving ease. Also, the consistency of the birth weights of the sire and dam should be considered. Nutrition, gestation and environment all influence birth weight. We have rated each bull in the sale based on the information we have.

** Recommend for second calvers or smaller framed cows 1100 lbs to 1300 lbs
* Recommend for mature cows 1400 lbs plus
Delivery Options
A. If you wish you may take your cattle home sale day or within a week and receive a $100 discount per purchase.
B. Bulls and Females will be delivered free of charge up to 250 miles, further at cost. Delivery usually commences 2 –3 weeks after sale.
C. Bulls may be kept at Ter-Ron free of charge until May 1, after that, $4.00 per day will be charged and animals must be picked up by the purchaser.

RED TER-RON TROUBADOUR
• Troubadour was our 2023 high selling bull for $65,000 to Richmond Ranch at Rumsey AB.
• We had some Troubadour semen and used him quite extensively to support our efforts to provide easy doing, calving ease, strong footed cattle with performance.
• Troubadour sons have lots of muscle shape, volume and eye appeal in a dark cherry red colour. The daughters exhibit an abundance of volume and capacity, while maintaining lots of femininity.
• We ended up losing Troubadour’s dam, but she was a moderate framed, ideal Angus female. Her udder quality was second to none. We can’t wait to get these Troubadour females into production.

• In an effort to provide outcross genetics to the Red Angus breed, we purchased Reagan out of the U2Q Bull Sale in 2023.
• Phenotypically he is an outstanding individual with impressive body mass and Angus character as well as a real dark red colour to him that he has definitely passed on to his offspring.
• His dam is as nice as you can make a cow. Look at her picture and tell us how you could change her. The maternal side of Reagan should be tremendous. The bulls are no slouches either!

• When we decided to increase our Black Angus numbers we knew we had to step out and buy a big-time herdsire. We spotted Four Mile and purchased him for $60,000 out of the Greenwood Bull Sale and he has definitely exceeded our expectations with sons highlighting our sale last year.
• Four Mile can be used on heifers and cows and in our minds, that is a sign of a true breeding bull.
• Sons are born easy, are super stout with a ton of Angus character and are very consistent as a group.
• The females exhibit an abundance of volume and capacity while maintaining lots of femininity. First daughters that have calved have excellent udders with lots of milk flow.

Heifers
Once again the heifers in the sale are a select group chosen from some of our top cow families. These heifers are sisters to the replacements we have kept ourselves. Just like the bulls… there isn’t a heifer in the group that we wouldn’t keep to move our own program forward.
We are constantly working on improving our herd, with emphasis on udders and foot quality, along with strong maternal traits. We have seen the mother of every bull we use.

Bidding: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. Bidding disputes: The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
Terms: The terms of the sale are cash or cheque. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement is made. All settlements will be made with the clerks of the sale immediately following the conclusion of the sale and before any cattle will be released from the sale facility. Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold.
Guarantee: We guarantee you a sound breeding bull, if he fails to be a satisfactory breeder, we will replace him with a bull of equal value or credit towards the purchase of another bull. No refunds. Bulls are not guaranteed to freeze semen, if you have any problems with your purchase, contact us immediately.
Insurance: Will be available sale day. All bulls fed for the month of April are at the purchasers risk and must be insured.
Liability: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Neither owners, clerks, or anyone connected with the sale assumes any responsibility, legal or otherwise for damage of any kind.
Announcements: Changes of information contained in this catalog will be corrected by announcements from the block at sale time and shall take precedence over any printed matter.
Semen: Ter-Ron Farms reserves the right to collect semen on any bull sold through this sale for in herd use only. This semen will be collected at the buyers convenience and seller’s expense.
Delivery: Delivery will commence soon after the sale. Please leave delivery instructions at time of settlement.
Certificate of Registry: A certificate of registry and transfer will be furnished for each animal after full payment has been made.
Cattle inspection: All cattle carry permanent ID tags corresponding to sale Lot numbers. All shall be available for inspection prior to sale.
Females: All females are guaranteed breeders. The standard CAA guarantee will apply
