Este belíssimo alto-falante construído pela RCA foi projetado com um propósito muito característico: eliminar qualquer semelhança com um aparelho mecânico. A tela e o pedestal de madeira foram moldados para se assemelhar a uma peça de madeira trabalhada à mão, sendo praticamente imune à ação da humidade e da temperatura. Uma bela tapeçaria central disfarça os mecanismos deste aparelho. Embora seja uma peça de aparência luxuosa, era vendido a um preço acessível.

This beautiful speaker built by RCA was designed with a very characteristic purpose: to eliminate any resemblance to a mechanical device. The wooden screen and pedestal were molded to resemble handcrafted woodwork, being practically immune to the effects of humidity and temperature. A beautiful central tapestry disguises the mechanisms of this device. Although it has a luxurious appearance, it was sold at an affordable price.
