Staff and students at The Academy will not under any circumstance tolerate any kind of abuse from clients. If these regulations are not adhered to we will ask you to leave the department.
• All treatments are carried out by learners in a learning environment under the supervision and guidance of experienced lecturers.
• Please note that The Academy is a training environment, our services may take longer than industry.
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. If you attend late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.
• Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances, we may need to postpone or cancel your appointment at short notice. In this instance we will make every attempt to contact you, so please ensure you provide relevent contact details when booking an appointment.
• Please be aware that children are not permitted to accompany clients or recieve treatments within The Academy salons due to insurance purposes. Children should not be left unattended at the main reception.
