‘I wanted a change of career from hairdressing and having volunteered at Fort Alice for a number of years, I decided I wanted a career helping people, so Health & Social Care made sense.

I started with a Find Out About course and progressed through the levels and now I’m at the University of Bolton, studying Social Work.
