Challenges for Young People The current situation is difficult for everyone, but there are particular challenges for young people in the 13–19 age group. With this in mind we have gathered resources to support young people at home, with a particular focus on teenagers:

Trustworthy Sources Only use trustworthy sources, like GOV.UK or the NHS website, and always fact-check information from the news, social media or other people.
