Experience! At Bolton College, your child will benefit from a quality work or industry placement. Your child’s designated Careers Coach will help them to find a placement that relates to their studies, will boost their confidence, and will look great on their CV. Depending on their course, your child can expect to complete a 30 hour work experience placement, or if they’re on a Level 3 programme, they may have the opportunity of a 315 hour placement. Throughout, they will be supported by their College Careers Coach. Each year, our learners have secured placements across the town, from an aquarium to a nursery, a radio station to an office.
