Vegan Macaroni & Cheese We LOVE this recipe! The flavors are huge, the presentation is beautiful and this delicious meal is kind to the waistline. There are many different variations and ingredients that you can add or modify. Ladies and Gentleman, we present Chef Jay's Vegan Mac&Cheese!

Ingredients: One pound box of regular or whole wheat penne pasta 2 cups of rice milk 1/2 stick of non-dairy margarine 1/2 cup nutritional yeast(found at any whole foods or trader joeâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s) 2 cups shredded soy cheese 6 ounces fresh rosemary(diced fine) 1 whole fresh red pepper(diced fine) 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 2 tablespoons chopped garlic 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 loaf of gluten free Italian bread or vegan naan bread(found at whole foods or trader joeâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s)

Pasta Prep Boil pasta to "Aldente" Drain & put into large mixing bowl Add all seasons and spices along with yeast and 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil Blend, cover, and place in fridge Cheese Prep Add 2 cups of rice milk, diced red pepper, non-dairy margarine and 2 cups of shredded soy cheese to med sized sauce pan On low heat stir the cheese Once the texture is smooth, remove from heat Finishing Touch Preheat Oven to 350 Add pasta to a non-stick baking dish Pour cheese over the Pasta Bake at 350 for 30 min Let cool for about 5 minutes and serve

She’s starred in over 21 films, been seen in over 18 tv shows and at the sweet age of 20, KeKe Palmer has become the youngest talk show host in television history. This Bombshell takes time out of her already saturated schedule to talk with our editors. While many child stars of the past racked up inappropriate photos, mug shots and DUI’s, Miss Palmer has maneuvered the Hollywood game with poise and tenacity.

Keke Palmer has become your girlfriend next door. Whether she is dressed up chic, or sexy, or just “chill’n” she is here to give it to you real, and raw, just like one of your friends! Not only through her tweets, but through her roles and music. This year alone she will release three films, new music, and live her own “coming of age” tale right before our eyes. In a business where it has become trendy to bare a-little more than your soul during your transition from teen sensation to young adult in Hollywood. Keke Palmer has remained true to her roots by keeping it on, and keeping it real. The 20 year old Illinois bred Lauren Keyana “Keke” Palmer has not only been a stand out in the entertainment industry through her numerous acting talents, but has become a prime example of how keeping it real can get you far. “I feel like the transition is still happening, I would be lying if I said it wasn’t difficult at certain times because when people see you as a

certain thing it’s kind of hard for them to get that out of their head and let you go over-board.” Keke is right, but she has also made the transition in a proper way. Staying away from the “exaggerated route” as she calls it; Keke’s latest roles are more “coming of age” tales, which allow her to showcase her growth the proper way. “I’ve always wanted to remain who I was, and show my growth in my roles.” Keke begins as she appears eager to speak about her maturation. “I’ve kind of grown up in those roles, and people have finally been able to see the growth in me as an actress.” At the end of 2013, Keke left critics and fans buzzing about her portrayal of Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas in Vh1’s TLC biopic CrazySexyCool. This year alone she is set to star in three more films alongside some of Hollywood’s biggest and brightest talents. Keke speaks highly of

her film Brotherly Love which she describes as her own version of a coming of age story. At this very moment it may seem as though Keke is all about the film, but this year she is focused on the music. “Acting is always my love, but I definitely feel like I’m extra focused on my music career right now.” Music has never taken a back seat, with the release of an album in 2007 and three additional mixtapes, KeKe is currently in the process of working on a new studio album. After being asked who she wants the world to view her as outside of the big screen Keke lets out a little laugh before sharing “that “I’m a normal person probably.” “I hope through my music I can show that’s who I really am.” Not only is KeKe shedding positive light through her music, but reading her tweets is like having a good motivational session with

one of your girlfriends. Unlike some of her celeb counterparts Keke is using her twitter for the good of her fans. Explaining that she is using her platform to reach the masses. “Because of the things I’ve gone through in life, I feel like I see things in a different way, and I’ve been blessed because of that.” Keke continues, “I’m here because I believed that I can be here, and if you believe you can be there doing whatever it is that you want to do, then you can be there too, but you just have to believe.” We believe that 2014 will be the year of our girlfriend next door. Whether Keke is dominating the screens big and small, or speaking volumes through her music.
