Scripture says; shout with joy.

Psalm-100-1- Shout joyfully to the LORD, all the earth 2Serve the LORD with gladness; ComebeforeHimwithjoyfulsinging. 3KnowthattheLORDHimselfisGod;ItisHewho has made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people and the sheep of His pasture. 4Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. {NAS Bible}

Psalm-150-Hallelujah! Praise God in “his” “holy house” of worship, praise him, under the open skies; Praise him for his acts of power, praise him for his magnificent greatness; Praise with a blast on the trumpet, praise by strumming soft strings; Praise him with castanets and dance, praise him with banjo and flute; Praise him with cymbals and a big bass drum, praise him with fiddles and mandolin. Let every living, breathing creature praise GOD! Hallelujah! {NIV}

Psalm-22-22-Here's the story I'll tell my friends when they come to worship, and punctuate it with Hallelujahs. Shout Hallelujah, you God-worshipers; give glory, you sons of Jacob; adore him, you daughters of Israel He has never let you down, never looked the other way when you were being kicked around. He has never wandered off to do his own thing; he has been right there, listening. 25-26 here in this great gathering for worship I have discovered this praise-life. And I'll do what I promised right here in front of the God-worshipers. Down-and-outers sit at GOD's table and eat their fill. Everyone on the hunt for God is here, praising him. "Live it up, from head to toe. Don't ever quit!"{The message bible} {TESTIFYING AT A HEALING SERVICE}

Psalm-69-29-30 Let me shout God's name with a praising song, Let me tell his greatness in a prayer of thanks.

Psalm-29-1 1-2 Bravo, GOD, bravo! all angels shout, "Encore!" In awe before the glory, in awe before God's visible power Stand at attention! Dress your best to honour him! 3 our GOD thunders across the waters. Brilliant, his voice; and his face, streaming brightness. GOD, across the flood waters, 4 GOD's thunder tympanic; GOD's thunder symphonic. 5 GOD's thunder smashes cedars, GOD topples the northern cedars. 6 The mountain ranges skip like spring colts, the high ridges jump like wild kid goats. 7-8 GOD's thunder spits fire. GOD thunders, the wilderness quakes; He makes the desert of Kadesh shake. {The message bible}

Psalm-47-1 -Applause, everyone. Bravo, bravissimo! “Shout” God-songs at the “top of your lungs!” GOD Most High is stunning, astride land and ocean. He crushes hostile people, puts nations at our feet. He set us at the head of the line, prize-winning Jacob, his favourite. “Loud cheers” as God climbs the mountain, a ram's horn blast at the summit.

Sing songs to God, sing out! Sing to our King, sing praise! He's Lord over earth, so sing your best songs to God. {The Message Bible}

Psalm-65-11-2 Silence is praise to you Zion-dwelling God, and also obedience. You hear the prayer in it all. 2-8 we all arrive at your doorstep sooner or later, loaded with guilt, our sins too much for us— but you get rid of them once and for all. Blessed are the chosen! Blessed the guest at home in your place we expect our fill of good things in your house, your heavenly manse. All your salvation wonders are on display in your trophy room.

Standing silent before God is also praise, listening to him. waiting on the lord to speak to us through prophecy or directly.

Psalm-71-20-Now let me look life in the face. I've been to the bottom; Bring me up, streaming with honours; turn to me, be tender to me, And I'll take up the lute and thank you to the tune of your faithfulness, God. I'll make music for you on a harp, Holy One of Israel. When I open up in song to you, I let out “lungsful of praise,” my rescued life a song all day long I'm chanting about you and your righteous ways. {The Message Bible}

Psalm-77-1-1 I yell out to my God, “I yell with all my might,” “I yell at the top of my lungs.” He listens.

Psalm-77-22 When I was in distress, I sought the Lord; at night I stretched out untiring hands, {NIV Bible}

Psalm-86-11-may every fibre of my being unite in reverence to your name, with all my heart I will praise you.

Psalm-105-1-Hallelujah! Thank GOD! Pray to him by name! Tell everyone you meet what he has done! Sing him songs, “belt out hymns,” and translate his wonders into music! Honour his holy name with Hallelujahs.

1-Timothy 2- 8- I desire therefore that in every place men should pray, without anger, or quarrelling, or resentment, or doubt [in their minds], lifting up holy hands. Psalm-28-2- Hear the voice of my supplication as I cry to you for help, as I lift up my hands toward your innermost sanctuary (the Holy of Holies).

{Repeated} Psalm-77-1-1 I yell out to my God, “I yell with all my might,” “I yell at the top of my lungs.” He listens.

God listens when I yell out at the top of my lungs, his praises.

What can I add to make people understand that God desires loud praise, in heaven millions of angels and heavenly creatures are worshipping God together, trumpets blare and symbols crash, and if millions of angels were all doing this and all the saved souls in heaven all worshipping together it must be one heaven of a great noise, and God loves it when raise up our voices to join with them in worship and adoration.

Jesus said “When I am lifted up, “I” will draw all men unto me”

{Note} There’s also shouting and screaming in hell, but not with joy but anguish. Where would you rather be shouting?
