CLOSE TO SEA CLOSE TO SKY
Spring is near. And it’s a new spring with clear winds, fresh waves and a fashion that embrace the elements of the Scandinavian nature. Near the cliffs, in the shades of the sea and the hues of the sky we find our inspiration – like we have always done since 1976. Yet we always add something new, something different, like handcrafted details, select materials and designs with an unexpected twist that gives our clothes both a timeless and updated look. For spring/summer 2012 we have combined the rustic with the elegant, with materials ranging from linen to recycled cotton and crispy poplin. The patterns for this season present a fresh look with madras checks, nautical stripes and preppy plaids. We borrow from vintage styles while we also look forward towards a more stylized future. It’s boathouse and beach club at the same time, rowing boat and yacht, countryside and city side – It’s the way we always been, but still completely new.

INDIGO INSPIRATION For every nuance of blue you have seen there is at least one more. Azure, cobalt, and sapphire, each tone holds its own emotion and style.
