The History of Medina We would also like to dedicate this History to the brothers that brought the knowledge of self to Medina. To Gypsy and Geno on the 19 day of December, of the year 1, 1964. The location was 203 Carlton Avenue,which could have easily found quite a few brothers there that Saturday evening, it just so happen that the only brother's who were there were Gypsy and Geno and they were present when Bilal arrived. Yes, then Bilal later changed his name to Jihad and now known as ABG#7, who holds the dubious distinction of bringing the knowledge of self to Medina and making it born. Now any other history is in dispute and I know there are quite a few misinterpretation circulating about Medina's story. This is none the less the GENUINE story with no if's and's or but's to it! From the time the knowledge was born and the equality was culturally freed to us, that we were blind, dead, and dumb. The divine equality was seen when the knowledge was born from the 7th born. When he walked into the house immediately there was something entirely different about him. First of all he wasn't dressed like how we use to dress and when he took off his hat, his bald head shined and glittered. This was no large El-Roy and when he open his mouth that really did it. While some of the brothers cracked on his boots, he slayed them with the words coming out of his mouth. We all took turns trying to trip him up in what he was saying. To no avail, we even all went at him at once. The same results was no body could get around Allah being God. Which has held the test of all times. Always has, always was, and always will be. God is Allah by nature. So after 6 days and 6 nights the brother returned back to Mecca, where the borns and the four elders were. The borns were mostly in Akbar's and AlSalaam's old earth's house. The elders were down in the hole, at the Time. Allah was at his wife Dora's house recuperating from the near fatal gunshot wound, which has also been vastly told. To where there has been some gross misinterpretations about that also, which is another complete issue in the future (A shot gun a 30:06 high power rifle on December 9, 1964). Mean while in Medina, the teachings took off. The in crowd circle of Medinans found it quite easy telling the people of our newfound change and way of living. What we did find difficult was giving up all those what we thought was good old habits. Like making amends with the same guys you may have just been trying to take of the planet. Now that was extremely hard. Putting down our weapons relying on the truth, it didn't come easy. However, it became simply awesome, when putting these new founds truth to the test and they worked. Those of us that are still around and remember give thanks and honor to our beloved brother, whom had the insight of bringing the knowledge to Brooklyn (Medina).
