Tip hold the wrap closed instead of ribbon and decorate the sides as before
Step by step
1 Using the template, cut out the box from white cardstock and fold score lines. Glue inner tabs that match the side without the tab and glue inside.
5 Take the two wrap pieces and glue one on top of the blank side. Use the last wrap section to adhere last blank section, lining up the score lines. 2 Use the desk to help stick the two tabs in place to form the box. Repeat to make six boxes in total. 3 Cover the sides with patterned paper, using the template, create the layers. Cover all six and set aside. 4 Cut out the wrap three times and fold score lines. With more of the patterned paper, cover seven sections on it – three on one and two on the others.
6 Flip the wrap over and glue boxes in sections between score lines. Add boxes, making sure all open in the same direction. 7 Roll up boxes to go over the top to close. Take ribbon and adhere around outside on five sides with enough left to tie closed. 8 Die-cut lots of butterflies in matching colours. Adhere butterflies to boxes on both sides and along the ribbon, adding a gem to the bodies.
