THE ALPE ADRIA TRAIL, the three-country trail connecting Mt. Grossglockner with the Adriatic Sea, is becoming one of the most well-known European footpaths due to its diversity, cultural heritage and natural beauty. The opening event, organised by a different country each year, will be hosted at the Soča Valley this year. The cultural programme will be composed with the help of the Orkesterkamp – the summer orchestra school taking place each year in Bovec. Additionally, the culinary events will help you get to know and taste some local delicacies. You’ll be accompanied by experienced guides of the Triglav National Park.

The trail is 13 km long and slightly descending along the Soča River. Technically it is an easy trail; however, it does require sufficient physical fitness for a 4–5 hour walk.

The trail is easy to follow as it is marked with “Soška pot” and “AAT” signs; the fairytale-like valley will also be presented and brought
closer to us by the guides of the Triglav National Park.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
All rubbish must be placed in our backpacks and taken home.

All the signed-up participants attend the hike at their own risk. The organiser assumes no responsibility for any accidents, damage or theft of personal items. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by adults.
