Our Core Value of the month for February is "Diversity Makes Us Stronger" which you will read more about in our Core Values section. Nominate a colleague! We will be launching our Core Value Nomination Survey to give you a chance to recognize your colleagues for the great work that they do to uphold our standards and values here at Bay Path

In the Health and Well-Being section, you will find information on complimentary webinar offerings accessible to you at no cost thanks to our partners at Magellan Healthcare and TIAA. You will also read about our fitness challenge sponsored by Health New England as well as our very own yoga class offerings for the Spring season.

February is nationally known as Black History Month which you will read about on our DEIB Page. Additionally, we will be sponsoring the Black History Month Luncheon: Diversity Makes Us Stronger on Thursday, February 9th, 2023 from 11:30 PM to 1:30 PM in the Blake Dining Commons as well as on Zoom. This lunch has been organized by Elizabeth Cardona from the Office of Multicultural Affairs.

Included for your reference is the 2023 schedule for community luncheons, presentations, and new hire orientation information. Dates will be added to the schedule on a rolling basis. And while you reserve those dates on your calendar, be sure to also save the date for the Thunderbirds game which all BPU faculty and staff members get discounted tickets for on Saturday, February 25, 2023 See page 10 for more details
