Summer is nearly here! We hope you are enjoying the beautiful weather. Summer hours went into effect this week. We are thrilled to provide eligible Bay Path employees with this cherished and valued benefit. Related updates include Summer Hours FAQ’s, the 202425 Holiday Calendar and Fitness Center summer hours.
This month we reflect on the core value of fostering inclusion and belonging. BPU strives to be an anti-racist community and accessible to our diverse learners, faculty, and staff. There are many community and regional events this month which we hope you will consider attending. Please join us for two different community hybrid luncheons in honor of Pride and Juneteenth.
Important fiscal and expense filing June deadlines are critical to the Cambridge College integration. We appreciate your timely submissions.

FISCAL YEAR-END CLOSING ANNOUNCEMENT
To ensure a smooth fiscal year-end process, please note the following: Requisitions for FY24 expenses: This should have been submitted by 5/23/24. The Jenzabar portal is closed Goods Receipt: Must’ve been received by May 30, 2024.
Invoice Submission:
Goods invoices due by June 7, 2024.
FY24 invoices for goods, check requests, and reimbursements due by June 14, 2024.
June service invoices are due by July 5, 2024.
Payroll Items: Submit FY24 additional compensation, stipends, and payroll-related items ASAP for inclusion in the June 27, 2024 payroll. Final deadline is June 28, 2024.
Adherence to these dates is crucial due to the Cambridge College acquisition Delays may impact your new fiscal year ' s budget.
Purchase Orders: Track and close POs with unspent balances.
FY25 Requisitions: You will be notified when to prepare these.
Credit Card Program: New credit cards will be issued in mid-July. Update recurring charges with new card info once issued.

TIAA RETIREMENT PLAN UPDATE
If you are missing beneficiaries for one or more of your retirement plan contracts we are linking flyers with instructions to update your beneficiaries through your online TIAA account via TIAA.org. and an overview of the program.
This is also an excellent time to consider conducting an annual financial wellness check-up by scheduling a 1:1 Financial Counseling session. As an included benefit of your retirement plan, TIAA Financial Consultants can review the basics of the plan, run an illustration to see if you are on track to replace your income in retirement, adjust your investment allocation, review options for drawing income in retirement, or address any other financial planning needs you may have.

SUMMER HOURS 2024- 2025 HOLIDAY CALENDAR
Great news! Bay Path University will once again offer a modified summer hour schedule (for eligible employees) with a four-day work week from June 3, 2024, to August 16, 2024.
Detailed eligibility information is linked here FAQs. This FAQ document supersedes all other documents.

Here is the link for the 2024-2025 holiday calendar. Please keep the following in mind: The University will be closed on Wednesday, June 19th (Juneteenth) and Thursday, July 4th (Independence Day). Modified summer hours will NOT apply during these weeks.
As the fiscal year ends on June 30th, eligible employees can carry over up to 5 days of vacation into the new fiscal year. Coordinate with your supervisor to use your accrued time.
