I prefer to share market projections from third parties, such as the University of Hawaii Economic Research Organization (UHERO). Even with strong growth over the past several years, there continues to be positive projections in median prices in the short term; however, this is projected to slow. The market is becoming more neighborhood and price-point sensitive. It is important to consult a professionals to align your personal goals with your real estate goals.
