Discounted Landscape Plantings, Sat Oct 19th Tim Iles is offering homeowners trees, shrubs and flowers at a discount and will plant them too! Mulch is also available. If interested, call Tim ahead of time to select the plantings and schedule an appointment.

Meeting to Preview Plans for Franklin Point Living Shoreline Tues, Oct. 29th from 6 - 8 pm Deale Library The Bay facing shoreline of Franklin Point State Park has been eroding at a rate of 4 ft a year for the last decade! As part of their Coastal Resiliency Program, MD Dept. of Natural Resources is funding an 1,100-foot-long Living Shoreline to prevent further erosion. Local residents are invited to review the preliminary plans and discuss the project with the partners, including representatives of Arundel Rivers Federation, MD Park Service, MD Dept. of Natural Resources and Coastal Design. Trick-or-Treating; Costume Parade at Hamm Circle at 7 pm Stop by all three fire pit locations and meet your neighbors: - Hamm Circle Fire Pit (Host: Neal) - Garst Road Fire Pit (Host: Howard) - Bay Drive Fire Pit (Host: Hasson) Food or drink donations are welcome! Discounted Landscape Clean Up, Sat, Nov 9th The community has a beautification project underway and is requesting homeowners remove all branches/vegetation within 15 feet above the road and/or within 10 inches from the side of the road. The branches/vegetation will be cut and removed by the community at a later date but Tim Iles is offering to do this work for homeowners at a discount and in a way that will enhance the look of the homeowners property.
