BJJB magazine Reflection of the Properties that Make Santa Cruz LIFESTYLE Great!

LETTER TO READERS
Dear Reader,
BJJB magazine Other things that Josh and I are doing are things such as Josh is attending an 8 week real estate class called BOLD. I have just finished a really good book for the 3rd time called The One Thing by Gary Keller & Jay Papasan. I have been teaching a goal setting class and still doing Cross Fit. So far this year has been so full of fun work and fun play we are excited to keep it up!
Brandi and Josh here for BJJB magazine! It is April and we want to know where March went…..it came and went and now TAXES are due….AHHHH. This month we decided to dedicate the magazine to the fun changes we are seeing in Santa Cruz, which relate to a cool hip urbanization trend. So this issue is our URBAN ISSUE. Even with all the drama Santa Cruz has been written about lately regarding the transients, needle exchange, and homelessness, there is still a push around here to go “urban”. Santa Cruz urban is unique as it still has a vacation town feeling as you can still hop on your bike and be taken to miles of beaches, hiking trails, bike trails, or zip over the hill to the bigger urban areas of the Silicon Valley. The new generation of home buyers are following a trend of downsizing and increasing their walking. A homes walkability to centers and night life are some of the key factors our clients are looking for when they are coming closer to town.
Here is some silly marketing renditions of us as urban hipster realtors!!! Enjoy this issue!

Inspired by the features of the early Spanish (or Mission) architecture, Mission Revival architecture came into being approximately 100 years after the advent of Missions. It was most prominent from 1890 to 1915. Features of buildings include low-pitched roofs covered in clay tiles, large arched doorways and decorative arched openings, bell gables (with or without the bell itself), long exterior arcades, courtyards, and curved gables on the main facade.
