STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD 6 GREAT SPONSORSHIPS & ADD-ONS REASONS TO EXHIBIT igh profile sponsorships like the H Masters Arena, Main Stage, Women in Breakbulk and Breakbulk Studios allow you to match your exhibition objectives with event features for maximum brand promotion. Shell scheme upgrades offer affordable tiers for higher visibility. Select an add-on like On-the-Floor Big Boost or Thought Leader for extra visibility. Interview in Breakbulk Studios to showcase your company’s expertise. First-time participants are eligible for Breakbulk on the Rise, an exhibitor experience at a lower price. Ask for the Sponsorship Guide.
NEW FOR 2020 Due to demand for more exhibition space, the event will be held in Za’abeel Hall 5 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, which means an increase of about 30 percent in space. Our all-new Breakbulk Masters program will roll out to this event, after a successful launch at Breakbulk Europe 2019. The new program attacts key shippers across all project sectors and offers a networking arena, along with special events like speed networking, matching shippers with the suppliers they need. To extend the networking opportunities to the event’s local and global participants, a reception will be added to the end of the first day. Breakbulk Middle East now includes Africa in recognition of trade between the regions and will support this wider coverage via a special conference session. We’re embracing technology and will offer an augmented reality wall to exhibitors, government and Masters to showcase projects in an engaging way. Building on the success of the launch of Women in Breakbulk initiative at last year’s Dubai event, we will offer a Women in Breakbulk breakfast—an opportunity to foster networking and the sharing of ideas between female industry leaders.

Gulf-based organisations can be many-tiered and difficult to penetrate. Breakbulk Middle East is one of the only ways to make direct connections with logistics and procurement decision makers across the project cargo supply chain.
