But the best news is that home prices and values are trending higher. Condominium prices increased by an incredible twelve percent and single family homes prices rose by almost ten percent above 2014 figures. While the number of transactions is slightly lower than the same period as last year (likely due to a five year inventory low), 35 percent of the transactions were ALL cash deals*. Solid buyers are in the marketplace. Thus far, Breckenridge Associates Real Estate has been involved with over 28 percent of residential sales transactions.
