WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY Once again a steady trajectory of growth for the Breckenridge and Summit County real estate market is confirmed by the 2016 first quarter statistics. Since the beginning of the year, over $97 million in overall sales dollar volume and 122 transactions have been recorded. Year to date, the real estate market sales in Breckenridge were up 15% in dollar volume and 7% in the number of transactions sold. All indicators point to these gains continuing into the busiest selling season‌.summer!
Real estate remains a strong i nve s t m e n t i n s p ite o f t h e complexities in the marketplace. Currently in Breckenridge and Summit County, limited inventory restricts Buyers choices. Active listings in Breckenridge are down, 34 percent. However, Sellers are able to capitalize on higher prices due to the low supply levels.
