BREMBO BRAKE FLUID

RECOMMENDED BY BREMBO On the strength of its four-decade experience in racing, Brembo proposes a range of brake fluids to the spare parts market that assures improved performance for every braking system. Our engineers carefully selected the best mixtures to guarantee full braking efficiency for your system, offering superior resistance against the vapour lock phenomenon and assuring absolute braking effectiveness even at low temperatures. Thanks to their excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation, the Brembo brake fluids allow the chemical/physical characteristics of the fluid operating in your circuit to be kept unaltered at length and all components of the braking system to be protected, whether these be rubber, metal and alloys, or elastomers, maintaining their full integrity.

DOT 4 BREMBO BRAKE FLUID DOT 4, having a particularly high boiling point as well as a viscosity that is lower than demanded, fully satisfies and exceeds the regulatory standards. Suitable also for vehicles equipped with ABS.

DOT 4 Low Viscosity The low viscosity of DOT 4 LV, guaranteeing immediate response by the ESP, makes it the best and most recommended choice for modern vehicles equipped with stability and braking control electronic systems (ABS, ESP, ACR, TCS‌).

DOT 5.1 A product of superior characteristics for resistance at high temperatures and viscosity. Recommended for high-performance vehicles, including models equipped with ABS.

LHM LHM PSA is a mineral-based hydraulic fluid specific for braking circuits, suspensions and steering of vehicles for which utilisation of a product conforming to specification PSA B71 2710 is prescribed.

COMPLETE RANGE The range of Brembo brake fluids always guarantees the best performing solution for your braking system. In fact, the brake fluid is a component that, although often neglected, is of the utmost importance for the efficiency of the entire braking system. Brembo recommends that attention be paid to its efficiency, to avoid the vapour lock phenomenon, that is brake fluid boiling because of very high thermal stresses, with formation of vapor bubbles. Should this occur, the consequences can be regrettable: the braking action compresses the vapour bubble, with the result that the brake pedal travels to the floor, without creating pressure in the circuit and therefore, without achieving any braking effect at all. it is therefore important for the brake fluid to be replaced upon the time limit recommended by the manufacturer, thus avoiding that in time the water absorbed by the braking circuit causes a drastic lowering of the boiling temperature.

The Brembo Premium Brake Fluid line of products satisfies and even exceeds the standards expected for brake fluids of class 4, 5.1 and 6, always guaranteeing a safe braking action.
