Dedicated to the Extraordinary
As a native Texan, with over 23 years of experience in both general real estate and new home sales, my resume boasts a diversified professional background; including 12 years selling for a national home builder which gave me formal training and an in depth understanding of the overall constructionprocess.
At the heart of my business is a deep desire to help others—to provide information, to be a resource, to educate-- to be your Trusted Real Estate Advisor; providing you with the market data and historical expertise to help you make informed decisions and providing you with a roadmap and managing the details to help you achieve your real estate goals. I am dedicated to acting as YOUR fiduciary—RepresentingYOUandYOURbestinterests.
I’ve made three major cross-country moves (Austin, TX --> Orlando, FL --> Bend,OR--> back to TX). I personally know how difficult it is to move, set down roots, and get established within the local community. When our family moved to Oregon, I created a widely read and award-winning blog, HelloBendOregon, whichgrewintoaresourceforthecommunity!Itbroughtmejoytohelpsomany people. I am in the process of launching Hello Austin Texas, my new local sister blog, so I can continuetoshareinformation, buildconnections, andprovidevalue.

Dripping Springs, Texas
In the late fall of 1853, three families bound by kinship and a desire to move to Texas, put their belongings in wagons and left Mississippi. In late January 1854 they topped what is now called Wallace Mountain and decided this would be the place they would make their home. Their chosen spot was only 30 miles west of the capital of Texas but was still considered part of the frontier.
On June 5, 1857, John Moss was appointed the first postmaster. To have a post office, the community needed a name. Nannie Moss officially named it for the “dripping springs” at the Milk House Branch of the Edwards Aquifer, a gathering place for the Tonkawa. Dripping Springs became a stagecoach stop and part of a freight line that ran between Austin and Fredericksburg.
The main attractions to life in Dripping Springs continue to be what drew the original founders: simple charm, a family lifestyle and lifelong friendships – all set in the beauty of the central Texas hill country.
