Bess Tracy, a Colorado native, gained her love for real estate working

She received her business degree from Colorado Mountain College in Steamboat Springs, then secured her real estate license and immediately jumped into the Denver real estate market. She enjoyed immediate success, helping 19 buyer’s purchase homes during her first year in real estate. In addition, she earned her California real estate license while completing her degree in interior design. She then returned to Denver to re-engage in real estate, home remodeling and staging. Transaction Coordinators Tamara Heinrich has worked in the real estate and construction business

for over 25 years. Until 2012, she was the co-owner of a general contracting and development company that specialized in buying, renovating and selling residential properties. She obtained her real estate brokers license in 2009. As Vivi’s Transaction Coordinator since April of 2012, Tamara coordinates with Vivi’s clients, the Title companies, the Lenders and the other brokers to ensure that contract deadlines are met, and the transactions move forward efficiently to successful closings.

Valleri Reyes graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with

a degree in International Business. She joined Team Vivi in March 2016 after having been a real estate broker for 2 years. Valleri acts as a liasian between all parties to ensure a smooth and successful closing. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor serve her well as a Transaction Coordinator for the team.

Marketing Brenna Farrell joined Team Vivi in January of 2016 in the marketing department. She graduated from Colorado State University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis in graphic design. This Colorado native has over eleven years of experience in marketing and design. As the Marketing Director, Brenna is responsible for all corporate identity, assisting the brokerage team, planning events, managing the website and developing/ managing marketing campaigns for all of the properties. Brenna Sasha Zeidner graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a

double degree in International Affairs and Journalism as well as a certificate in International Media. She joined Team Vivi in February 2016 as Marketing Assistant after experimenting in the luxury jewelry business and commercial real estate. Her passion to make every property shine is unparalleled.
