DAE TILBRETON DAE è una tagliatrice automatica per tagliare la testa e la coda delle filagne di marmo o granito e per tagliarle in elementi di lunghezza variabile e prestabilita.
The TILBRETON DAE is an automatic cutting machine to cut the leading/trailing edge of marble or granite strips and for their dimensioning into elements of variable and predetermined length.
Completamente automatica, elimina la necessità della presenza costante di un operatore E’ facilmente programmabile da tastiera con monitor. Una serie di rulli gommati motorizzati e di pressori fanno avanzare con precisione le filagne assicurando l’alimentazione nella zona di taglio. Appositi tastatori di lettura ed encoder di misurazione dell’avanzamento del materiale assicurano le quote di taglio preimpostate. La macchina è dotata di guida-filagne autocentranti, regolabili con volantino manuale.
Fully automatic, this machine eliminates the need of the operator’s constant presence. It can be easily programmed from a keyboard with monitor. A series of motorized rubberized rollers and pressers guarantee the correct advancement of the strips so as to assure the feeding of the cutting area. An encoder measuring the material feed and reading tracer points guarantee the cutting dimensions. The machine is equipped with centring strip-guides, adjustable through a handwheel.
Il gruppo mandrino Un carrello in fusione di ghisa che scorre lungo le guide rettificate della trave su pattini a sfere, supporta il gruppo mandrino porta disco diamantato. Il movimento del carrello portamandrino è ottenuto a mezzo di cinghia dentata e gruppo motoriduttore con inverter che permette di regolare l’avanzamento di taglio in funzione del tipo di materiale e del suo spessore. Gli scorrimenti sono lubrificati in bagno d’olio e protetti da carter a labirinto in acciaio inox. Il gruppo mandrino è dotato di esclusione verticale pneumatica per cui, dopo aver eseguito il taglio, si solleva automaticamente prima di tornare alla posizione di partenza, garantendo nel contempo l’avanzamento del materiale per il taglio successivo.
Spindle unit The diamond blade-holding spindle unit is mounted on a cast-iron trolley running along the rectified guides of the bridge on ball-bearing slides. The movement of the spindle-holding trolley is obtained by means of a geared belt and a reduction gear unit with inverter, which makes it possible to adjust the cutting advancement according to the type and thickness of the material to be
processed. The sliding system is lubricated in an oil bath and protected by stainless steel labyrinth seal covers. The spindle unit has pneumatic vertical exclusion: after cutting has been carried out, the spindle unit raises automatically before reaching the starting position, while securing the following strip positioning.
Tilbreton L’unità di comando
La lunghezza degli elementi da ottenere viene programmata su tastiera di facile utilizzo ed il programma di taglio viene visualizzato sul monitor. Tutte le apparecchiature e sistemi di comando e controllo sono centralizzate all’interno di un quadro elettrico di classe IP55. Nei paesi in cui la normativa lo prevede, la macchina viene fornita dotata delle opportune barriere antinfortunistiche a norme CE.

Control unit The length of the end products can be programmed using a simple keyboard while the cutting program is visualized on the video monitor. All the control devices are centralized within an electric board conforming to IP55 protection. If required by the country’s legislation, the machine can be supplied complete with appropriate safety barriers conforming to CE regulations.
