Trave e carro portamandrino in robusta fusione di ghisa che assicura rigidezza e smorzamento delle vibrazioni che si generano durante l’azione di taglio, garantendo massima precisione e durata dell’utensile.
Movimento della trave lungo le vie di corsa mediante elementi volventi che permettono la massima velocità di spostamento e quindi maggiore produttività.
Spostamento del carro portamandrino lungo la trave mediante guide prismatiche in bagno d’olio che assicurano estrema precisione e rigidezza.
Movimentazione verticale del mandrino su guide prismatiche con lardoni in bronzo per la regolazione del gioco.
Azionamenti della trave e del carro portamandrino tramite sistema pignone cremagliera di precisione che garantiscono la massima affidabilità di funzionamento.
Protezione e lubrificazione di tutte le guide.
Inclinazione mandrino da 0° a 90° con possibilità di eseguire tagli ad incrementi.
La potenza di 25 kW del motore mandrino e la robusta struttura meccanica consentono alla Easycut FE 800 di tagliare agevolmente anche materiali di grosso spessore in passata unica.

Distinguishing constructive characteristics The performances of the Easycut FE 800 are further enhanced by:
Cast-iron bridge and spindle carriage to insure rigidity and dampen vibrations, thus guaranteeing the maximum accuracy and life of the tools.
Movement of the bridge along the runways by means of rolling elements to allow for the maximum displacement speed and therefore a higher productivity.
Displacement of the spindle carriage along the bridge by means of prismatic guides in an oil bath that assure extreme precision and rigidity.
Vertical movement of the spindle on prismatic guides with bronze-lined gibs to adjust the play.
Movements of the bridge and the spindle carriage by means of a pinion meshed to a precision rack so as to guarantee the highest operation reliability.
Protection and lubrication of all guides.
Spindle inclination from 0° to 90° with possibility of step-cutting.
The 25 kW spindle motor and the rugged mechanical structure allow the Easycut FE 800 to easily cut even thick materials in a single passage
Easycu L’unità di gestione L’unità di gestione della Easycut FE 800, dotata di display, svolge la funzione di consolle di comando e controllo della macchina, sia all’esterno sia all’interno dell’area di lavoro. La macchina e’ dotata di una comoda pulsantiera portatile che permette di comandare la rotazione del banco ed il movimento della trave.
The control unit The control unit of the Easycut FE 800, equipped with display, performs the function of command/ control console that enables the operator to program the operations within and out of the work area. The machine is supplied with a convenient portable push-button control panel to facilitate the worktable rotation and the Y axes movement.

Il pianale può basculare da 0° a 80° per permettere il carico delle lastre in verticale. Il banco con rotazione motorizzata può essere posizionato e bloccato meccanicamente in ogni posizione tra 0° e 360°. La capacità di carico in basculamento è di 1.500 kg. Il banco viene fornito completo di copertura in legno.
The table can tilt from 0” to 80” so that can be loaded upright. The tilting work-table with motorized rotation can be positioned and mechanically locked from 0° to 360°. When the table tilts, the loading capacity is 1.500 kg. The wainscoting of the work-table is included in the supply.

gonali Utilizzando il quadro comando mobile, il laser per traguardare i tagli e leggendo le quote di taglio sul quadro comando mobile e ruotando manualmente e posizionando il tavolo di lavoro.
• taglio in ciclo automatico ripetitivo di elementi rettan-
golari (pavimento) In tale modalità la macchina esegue in automatico una serie di tagli longitudinali (ognuno distanziato della misura desiderata) e poi di tagli trasversali (ognuno distanziato della misura desiderata). Il tavolo di lavoro viene ruotato manualmente.

Copiatore optoelettronico Il copiatore optoelettronico (opzionale) per l’acquisizione della sagoma da disegno viene fissato su apposito supporto accanto al mandrino portadisco, ed esegue il riconoscimento del profilo esattamente come da disegno appoggiato su una parete interna della fresa. Interpolando i movimenti degli assi X e Y viene fatta la scansione del disegno e i dati vengono acquisiti dal sistema gestionale sotto forma di coordinate.
Optoelectronic copyng unit The optoelectronic copying unit (optional) for the acquisition of a template from a drawing, is fixed to a special support next to the blade holding spindle, and identifies the profile exactly as per the drawing placed on an inside wall of the bridge saw. The drawing is scanned interpolating the movements of the X and Y axes, and data are acquired by the control system as coordinates.
