FUEGO MULTIAXIS - unica nel suo genere Fuego Multiaxis interpreta lo spirito innovativo e tecnologico di Breton. È una macchina per la profilatura e sbozzatura di blocchi e masselli con filo diamantato, capace di interpolare fino a 10 assi, realizzando forme complesse. E’ dotata di due “carrelli“ contrapposti che scorrono verticalmente in modo indipendente su guide a ricircolo di sfere protette da soffietti. Un carrello è dotato di una puleggia motore, e di una puleggia condotta entrambe con Ø 1000mm. Il carrello contrapposto è dotato di due pulegge condotte entrambe con Ø 1000mm. La puleggia tendifilo è mantenuta in tensione da un cilindro pneumatico. Due coppie di pulegge guidafilo con Ø 300mm assicurano la guida precisa del filo in prossimità dell’entrata e dell’uscita del blocco da segare. È equipaggiata con un carro portablocco motorizzato a 6 ruote (di cui 3 con profilo a „V“) con piattaforma di carico girevole a rotazione motorizzata.
L’unità di foratura è costituita da un mandrino per punte con diametro max. 25mm che permette la foratura passante del blocco sulla quale infilare il filo per l’esecuzione di profili di taglio chiusi. Il mandrino è fissato alla guida di traslazione dei volani guidafilo (lato sinistro guardando la macchina) La foratura si esegue utilizzando punte con lunghezza crescente, in funzione della dimensione del blocco, con cambio manuale delle punte. La corsa del guidafilo è di 900mm e la corsa dell’unità di foratura è pari a 400mm.
Gli assi di traslazione e rotazione del carro sono interpolabili con il movimento di discesa del filo diamantato consentendo di eseguire profili complessi come: colonne cilindriche e coniche, gusci per il rivestimento di colonne, sagome per l’arredamento, scale, cornici. Consente di lavorare con filo inclinato fino a +/- 20° blocchi con altezza fino a 1800mm, necessitando di un ribasso delle fondazioni ai due lati delle colonne di meno di 300mm. In caso di filo parallelo la distanza tra filo diamantato e base d’appoggio del carro portablocco è di 2200mm. L’arco del filo durante le operazioni di taglio è gestito dal sistema di controllo della macchina, in funzione della posizione del pistone tenditore, che regola conseguentemente la velocità di segagione per assicurare sempre l’ottimale precisione dei lavorati. Un armadio elettrico contiene l’inverter digitale per il controllo del motore di potenza, gli azionamenti per la gestione degli assi controllati, il controllo numerico ed il PC con touch-screen a colori.
Pertanto la distanza minima del naso mandrino dell’unità di foratura dalla linea mediana del caro portablocco è di 810mm. FUEGO MULTIAXIS - unique The Breton Fuego Multiaxis represents the quintessential innovative and technological spirit of the company. The machine, which can interpolate up to 10 axes, is designed to shape and dimension of large and small blocksby use of a diamond wire. The traverse and rotation axes of the trolley, which are interpolated with the downward movement of the diamond wire, allows the Fuego to perform complex profiles as: cylindrical and conical columns, shells for column finish, and silhouettes for the décor, stairs, frames and much more. This machine can cut blocks with maximum dimension of up to 1800mm in height with a diamond wire that can incline up to +/- 20°, requiring a 300mm recession in the foundation on either side of each column. With the wire parallel to the trolley surface, the distance between the diamond wire and the surface itself is 2000mm. The deflection of the wire during the cutting operations is controlled by the operating system of the machine, based on the position of the tension piston that adjusts the cutting speed to always ensure the perfect accuracy of the finished product.
The Fuego has two opposite «carriages» that move vertically independently on guides that have ball screws (protected by bellows). While one trolley is equipped with a motor and driven pulley, which are both 1000mm diameter, the opposite one has two 1000mm diameter driven pulleys. The tautness of the tension pulley is maintained by a pneumatic cylinder. Two pairs of guidepulleys of 300mm diameter ensure the precise guidance of the wire near the entrance and exit of the block to be cut. The machine is equipped with a 6 wheel motorized trolley (3 of the trolley are a “V” profile wheel) with a motorized rotating loading platform. The electrical cabinet contains a digital inverter that controls the power of the main motor, drives for driven motors for the axes movement, and an NC unit and a color touch-screen operating panel. This major step in our extensive product line of traditional stone equipment, is for those clients who demand works of art of the highest complexity, and significant material removal, at maintenance and consumable costs considerably lower then traditional methods which often involve multiple machines and material movements for what the Fuego can accomplish in ONE.
The boring unit is composed of a spindle for drill bits of up to 25mm in diameter to drill through holes in the block into which to insert the diamond wire to make closed profile cuts. The spindle is mounted to the guide wheel slideways (left hand side when observing the machine) The block is bored using drill bits of increasing length, in accordance with the block dimensions; the drill bits are changed manually. The guide wheel stroke is 900mm, while the boring unit stroke is 400mm.
It follows that the minimum distance of the boring unit spindle nose from the mid-line of the block trolley is 810mm.
