Comet Le lucidacoste Bellani for Breton sono il risultato di oltre 40 anni di esperienza della famiglia Bellani, personalizzate per i clienti di Breton utilizzando la componentistica certificata ed approvata da Breton, aumentando ancora la sicurezza intrinseca e dotando tutte le macchine di impianti di lubrificazione centralizzata. L’assistenza tecnica è a cura del Worldwide Service Network di Breton che assicura un pronto ed efficace intervento presso tutti i clienti.
I manufatti da lavorare sono trasportati da un dispositivo a tapparelle gommate che assicura che il manufatto si muova in maniera perfettamente rettilinea al contrario di quanto può accadere impiegando i comuni nastri che spesso richiedono anche l’impiego di sistemi di contrasto dello spostamento del manufatto. La lubrificazione delle parti in movimento del sistema di trasporto è assicurata da un impianto automatico.
COMET LUCIDACOSTE
La Comet esegue la sagomatura e lucidatura a passaggio di profili lineari piani e di forma tonda regolare (es. toro, mezzo toro, becco di civetta, ecc.), sagomatura di profili particolari, esecuzione di bisello bilaterale, calibratura, battente, gocciolatoi e slot su manufatti di materiale lapideo naturale e agglomerato, posizionati in orizzontale.
Una centralina idraulica aziona il movimento del trasporto a tapparelle come pure gli 8 mandrini di lucidatura (uno dei quali può essere attrezzato con mola diamantata) e il gruppo oscillante degli stessi in modo che tutto funzioni a lungo e perfettamente pur trovandosi sotto battente d’acqua.
Oltre agli 8 mandrini per lucidare la costa, la Comet è attrezzata con: • 1 mandrino calibratore/rettificatore da equipaggiare con l’opportuno utensile diamantato per eseguire una delle seguenti lavorazioni (un utilizzo esclude l’altro): a) calibratura dello spessore sulla fascia inferiore b) slot sul fronte della costa con disco su calibratore c) profilatura della costa con mola diamantata, ma senza lucido • 2 mandrini sgrossatori per la preparazione della costa alla sagomatura con i mandrini oscillanti • 1 mandrino per eseguire il gocciolatoio • 4 mandrini bisellatori (2 inferiori e 2 superiori) • 1 mandrino per battente

Service Network ensuring a rapid and effective service anytime, anywhere. Workpieces to be processed are conveyed by a rubberized slat system specially designed to get the workpiece moving in a perfectly rectilinear way, contrary to what may happen using the common belts. An automatic plant guarantees that all the moving components of the system are perfectly lubricated.
"Comet" performs the continuous shaping and polishing of profiles either flat and linear or with a regular round shape (such as bullnose, half bullnose and quarter bullnose edges, etc.), shaping of special profiles, calibration, execution of bilateral bevelled edges, drip grooves, wings and slots on horizontally placed, natural
and engineered stone workpieces. A hydraulic power unit actuates the slat conveyor, the 8 polishing spindles (one of which can be equipped with a diamond wheel) and the unit that makes them oscillate so that their service life is longer and faultless even though they work under a jet of water.
Besides holding 8 edge polishing spindles, "Comet" is equipped with: • 1 calibrating/grinding spindle to be fitted with the diamond tool suitable to execute one of the following operations (one operation excludes the others): a) thickness calibration on the lower stripe b) execution of slots on the edge, mounting a disk on the calibrating tool c) edge profiling with a diamond wheel • 2 grinding spindles to prepare the edge before it is shaped with the oscillating spindles • 1 spindle for the drip groove execution • 4 chamfering spindles (2 upper and 2 lower spindles) • 1 spindle for the wing execution
