Modulo Le lucidacoste Bellani for Breton sono il risultato di oltre 40 anni di esperienza della famiglia Bellani, personalizzate per i clienti di Breton utilizzando la componentistica certificata ed approvata da Breton, aumentando ancora la sicurezza intrinseca e dotando tutte le macchine di impianti di lubrificazione centralizzata. L’assistenza tecnica è a cura del Worldwide Service Network di Breton che assicura un pronto ed efficace intervento presso tutti i clienti.
I manufatti da lavorare sono trasportati da un dispositivo a tapparelle gommate che assicura che il manufatto si muova in maniera perfettamente rettilinea al contrario di quanto può accadere impiegando i comuni nastri che spesso richiedono anche l’impiego di sistemi di contrasto dello spostamento del manufatto. La lubrificazione delle parti in movimento del sistema di trasporto è assicurata da un impianto automatico.
MODULO 3 LUCIDACOSTE
La Modulo 3 è una lucidacoste automatica a tapparelle gommate per la lucidatura a passaggio di profili lineari piani, sagomatura di profili particolari, esecuzione di bisello bilaterale, calibratura, gocciolatoi e slot su manufatti di materiale lapideo naturale e agglomerato,
posizionati in orizzontale. La Modulo 3 è una macchina molto versatile, adatta ad essere realizzata in molteplici configurazioni e che arrivano fino a 12 teste di lucidatura della costa verticale (con opzione per renderli brandeggianti).
Può montare da 8 a 12 mandrini di lucidatura della costa verticale. Inoltre può essere equipaggiata con: • Mandrino calibratore/rettificatore comandato da motore elettrico, posizionabile manualmente, da equipaggiare con l’opportuno utensile diamantato per eseguire una delle seguenti lavorazioni (un utilizzo esclude l’altro): a) calibratura dello spessore sulla fascia inferiore b) slot sul fronte della costa mettendo disco diamantato su calibratore c) profilatura della costa con mola sagomata diamantata su calibratore ma non lucido. La quota di lavoro è regolata manualmente per mezzo di volantino • 2 o 4 o perfino 6 mandrini bisellatori • 1 mandrino per eseguire il gocciolatoio

Service Network ensuring a rapid and effective service anytime, anywhere. Workpieces to be processed are conveyed by a rubberized slat system specially designed to get the workpiece moving in a perfectly rectilinear way, contrary to what may happen using the common belts. An automatic plant guarantees that all the moving components of the system are perfectly lubricated.
"Modulo 3" is an automatic edge polisher with rubberized slats for the continuous polishing of flat and linear profiles, shaping of special profiles, calibration, execution of bilateral bevelled edges, drip grooves and slots on horizontally placed, natural and
engineered stone workpieces. "Modulo 3" is an all-round machine, suitable to be produced in different configurations that may include up to 12 heads for polishing the vertical edge (with an option to make them oscillate).
Besides having the possibility of holding from 8 to 12 vertical edge polishing spindles, "Modulo 3" can be equipped with: • 1 manually positionable calibrating/grinding spindle driven by electric motor, to be fitted with the diamond tool suitable to execute one of the following operations (one operation excludes the others): a) thickness calibration on the lower stripe b) execution of slots on the edge, mounting a disk on the calibrating tool c) edge profiling with a diamond shaped wheel mounted on the calibrating tool (the working height is manually adjusted through a hand-wheel) • 2 or 4 or even 6 chamfering spindles • 1 spindle for the drip groove execution
