La struttura portante di Contourbreton NC 300 DUAL è un robusto monoblocco di acciaio saldato e normalizzato, che assicura la rigidità necessaria per ottenere sempre la precisione richiesta, anche a fronte di forti sollecitazioni. Contourbreton NC 300 DUAL è conforme alle norme CE, è dotata di ampie porte scorrevoli ad apertura manuale, con funzione sia antinfortunistica che insonorizzante, dotate di vetrate d’ispezione in plexiglas. Sul retro ci sono due porte scorrevoli.
High productivity, sturdiness and safety The Contourbreton NC 300 DUAL works stone in the fastest, most precise and economical way today offered by the technology, thanks to its peculiar characteristics and extensive travel of the axes (X=137,8in, Y=88,6in, Z=11,8in). The support structure of the Contourbreton NC 300 DUAL is a robust welded, normalised steel single-piece chassis which ensures the rigidity required to consistently obtain the desired precision at all times, even during heavy machining stress. The Contourbreton NC 300 DUAL fully complies with the CE industrial accident prevention standards. The machine is equipped with wide sliding doors which can be opened manually and have large plexiglas inspection windows; the doors provide safety and also help deaden sound. Two sliding doors are positioned behind the machine.

UNITÀ DI GOVERNO CNC USER-FRIENDLY Contourbreton NC 300 è dotata di un’unità di governo a controllo numerico continuo (CNC) Siemens Sinumerik 840D SL dell’ultima generazione, a controllo digitale su architettura PC e un Personal Computer con processore Intel e sistema operativo Windows XP. Il quadro comandi è orientabile, con tastiera e visualizzazione grafica sul monitor touch screen a colori e porta USB. Una pulsantiera portatile, collegata via cavo alla consolle, duplica i comandi principali (gestione assi + volantino, arresto d’emergenza, ..). In tal modo l’operatore può controllare da vicino, direttamente sul pezzo da lavorare, il corretto svolgimento di alcune operazioni particolarmente delicate.
USER-FRIENDLY CNC CONTROL UNIT Contourbreton NC 300 is equipped with a latest generation Siemens Sinumerik 840D SL computer numerical control (CNC), with digital control on PC architecture and a Personal Computer with Intel processor and Windows XP operating system. The control board is swivelling and provided with a keyboard, colour graphic touch-screen and USB port. A portable button panel, cable linked to the console, duplicates the main controls (axes + handwheel control, emergency stop etc.), thus enabling the operator to check the correct execution of some delicate machining operations while standing close to the piece to be machined.

THE TOP SOFTWARE FOR SHAPING TOPS ON MULTI-AXES CENTRES BretonSmartCam MILL BretonSmartCam MILL is a software for the drawing and programming (CAD/ CAM) of complex stone workpieces, for shaping centres with 3 interpolated axes. The CAM module allows to carry out the following major functions: • cutting and shaping with disc • shaping, profiling, hole drilling, milling and hollowing out with millers or shaped tools • polishing of tops (even inclined tops) • milling and polishing of grooves on tops (even inclined tops) • 3D engraving of Windows “True Type” fonts on flat horizontal or vertical surfaces • bas-reliefs imported from digitized surfaces The CAD module allows to carry out the following major functions: • generation of 2D drawings with relevant dimensions • determination of the 3D working volume of the piece • determination of any working plane inside the generated 3D volume • management of a 2D drawing created on the selected working plane, no matter how it is oriented in the space

Grazie alla Teleassistenza sarà possibile intervenire per risolvere problemi software, usufruendo dei benefici di tale servizio: tempestività di intervento e forte risparmio economico. Il collegamento avviene come segue: se richiesto, l’operatore del cliente, dotato di credenziali, rende disponibile all’operatore Breton il proprio PC per la sessione di assistenza remota.
Breton, enhancing its customer support, made operative a Teleassistance service which enables our skilled technical staff to directly log into your systems, therefore the presence of your technician is no longer needed. It consists of a software system ensuring safety and transparency, which allows to make supervision and diagnostic operations through the direct cable-linkage with devices connected to the PC of the machine, even through a serial cable. An internet connection is needed to benefit from the remote Teleassistance, which makes it possible to solve software problems both timely and budget-friendly. The procedure is the following: whenever needed, the customer’s operator owning the credentials (user ID + password) makes available its PC to the Breton’s operator for the remote assistance session.
