La Breton Worthy diventa Optima Breton Worthy wird zu Optima Il grande successo della Breton Worthy, fresa a ponte monoblocco a controllo numerico a banco fisso, compatta e rapida da installare, ha spinto Breton ad allargare la gamma: entra nel mercato la Breton Worthy Optima. Oltre al taglio lastre, la sagomatura masselli, lo scavo masselli, le incisioni di scritte e le forature, utilizzando il disco diamantato o i foretti, questa nuova versione è dotata di un prelevatore a ventose che sposta i pezzi tagliati muovendoli sul banco per ottimizzare lo sfruttamento della superficie della lastra.
The enormous success of the Breton Worthy, a monobloc NC bridge saw with fixed work-table that's exceptionally compact and rapid to install, persuaded Breton to extend the range: the Breton Worthy Optima hits the market. In addition to slab cutting, block shaping, block slotting, engraving of inscriptions and hole boring, using the diamond disk or core drill bits, this new version is equipped with a pick-up unit with suction cups that allows operators to move cut pieces with ease so they can be arranged on the work table in order to optimise exploitation of the slab surface area.
WORT Breton Multi-Touch – l’interfaccia utente che tutti aspettavano Breton Multi-Touch è l’interfaccia utente per gestire le App che permettono al tecnologo del marmo di lavorare prodotti da lastra. Breton Multi-Touch è installato a bordo macchina, in una consolle con video a colori multi-touch e permette di programmare direttamente le lavorazioni in modo semplice e intuitivo. L’utente è guidato nel proprio lavoro perché le App descrivono passo-passo le fasi di sviluppo del prodotto dal disegno alla lavorazione. “Slab Editor” è l’app che, controllando la fotocamera installata a bordo macchina, permette di acquisire l’immagine della lastra, disegnarne perimetro e difetti semplicemente tracciandoli con il dito sullo schermo multi touch. La lastra sarà salvata in un database che conterrà tutta la sua storia: a quale commessa è stata assegnata, quali sono i pezzi realizzati, la sua classificazione….
Anche in assenza della fotocamera è possibile comunque definire l’area utile inserendo le misure rilevate. Una volta definita la lastra, l’app “Cut Scheme” è in grado di organizzare al meglio lo schema di taglio tramite il nesting automatico oppure inserendo manualmente, con un semplice tocco delle dita, i pezzi che possono essere spostati, ruotati, agganciati ad altri pezzi grazie allo snap automatico. A questo punto lo schema così composto viene analizzato e ottimizzato automaticamente. L’app “Cut Move Editor” calcola la sequenza di taglio e le movimentazioni necessarie alla sua realizzazione. Controlla le ventose della cuffia, attivando soltanto quelle necessarie a una presa sicura e precisa della sagoma. L’utente più esigente può modificare la sequenza di taglio e le relative movimentazioni, trascinando con le dita porzioni di lastra o selezionando i tagli da eseguire, come se la macchina diventasse un’estensione della propria mano.

Breton Multi-Touch, the user interface everyone was waiting for Breton Multi-Touch is the user interface for managing the Apps that enable the marble technologist to process slab products. Breton Multi-Touch is installed on the machine, in a control panel with multi-touch colour monitor, and allows to program straight away the machining operations in a simple and intuitive way. Users are guided throughout their work since the Apps describe step by step the different development stages of the product, from drawing to processing. "Slab Editor" is the App that, controlling the digital camera installed on the machine, enables to acquire the slab image and draw its perimeter and defects by simply finger touching them on
the multi-touch monitor. The slab is saved in a database containing its whole story: to which job order the slab is assigned, which are the pieces produced, what is the slab classification, etc. Even lacking the digital camera, it is however possible to define the slab useful area by entering the detected dimensions. Once the slab parameters are defined, the "Cut Scheme" App arranges the cutting scheme in the best possible way either through the automatic nesting or manually entering with a simple finger Multi-Touch the pieces which can be moved , rotated or coupled with other pieces thanks to the automatic snap. At this stage, the arranged scheme is automatically analyzed
THY Disegnare con un dito è finalmente possibile con l’app “Shape Editor” , un CAD multi-touch a bordo macchina col quale importare file, disegnare sagome, progettare top con l’utilizzo di comode forme parametriche. “Slab Selector” è l’app che permette di gestire il database di lastre e vederne la foto in anteprima, ricercarle e selezionarle velocemente in maniera intuitiva. “DB Orders” invece è l’app per gestire il database degli ordini. Da qui è possibile vedere quali sono i pezzi da realizzare, quali sono i materiali richiesti e scegliere le lastre da utilizzare. Ciascuna App è dotata di un help multimediale che aiuta l’utente in modo efficace e funzionale. Breton Multi-Touch darà a breve accesso anche all’app “Maintenance and parts”, la modalità interattiva per accedere al manuale d’uso e alle manutenzioni.

This App controls the vacuum cups of the casing and activates only those which are needed to pick up the template safely and precisely. The most demanding user can also modify the cutting sequence and relevant handling operations by finger dragging portions of slab or selecting the cuts required as if the machine was an extension of his hand. With the "Shape Editor" App it's finally possible to draw using just a finger; this App is a multi-touch CAD installed on the machine and is used to import files, draw templates and design tops by
means of practical parametric shapes. “Slab Selector” is an intuitive and simple to use App for managing the slab database and preview, search and select the slab photos. “DB Orders” is the App for managing the order database; here it is possible to see which are the pieces to produce and the required materials, and select the slabs to be used. Each App is provided with a Multimedia Help assisting the user in a practical and efficient way. Shortly, Breton Multi-Touch will also offer access to the "Maintenance and Parts" App, the interactive mode to log into the operating and maintenance handbook.
