The Spiral HOTEL CIHAMPELAS SHOPPING STREET
When a structure placed in the particular place, it must enhance and enrich the value of the place. When the spirit of the place engrave a structure , no one can conjecture its value. Relaxing hotel with festive mood in high density area This commercial hotel has 44 rooms, and located in the middle of high density shopping street area. Cihampelas shopping street is an international tourist destination in Bandung. The main idea is to provide a relaxation space for the visitors whilst maintaining the festive atmosphere on the place.
The Concept The ground floor of the hotel is shaped as a ring to give a quiet & relaxation feeling in the inner of the ring, which also serves as an open air cafe. The shape of the tower gradually rise up to create smooth city skyline view from the street. The end of hotel tower was twisted to face the street as an attitude toward urban form; as well as to attract people's attention who passing by.
The spiral form of the hotel makes the area of each floor become smaller as the floor goes up in level. Ground floor and 1st floor served as the supporting facility of the hotel, such as lobby and restaurant. 11th floor served as fitness center, and the rest served as room facility.

Professional Project 2012
Bandung, West Java - Indonesia
Function : Residential Site Area : 11,566 sqm Corporate : PT. Arta Estetika
Dago Giri RESIDENCES DAGO GIRI HILLS
The project is located on suburban area of Bandung. The housing are surrounded by low level housing, green nature and valley. Modern-suburban living in Bandung The site has unique features, which located on sloped land and fairly steep. So the design is planned to adapt and to maximize its nature potential.
Types of Houses and Configuration on The Site
The type of the houses are divided into two categories, eight houses at the front are couple-house type, and the houses at inner zone are singular type houses. The type of the houses are differentiated to suit the place its been built. The front site has more steep land, whilst on the back not as much as it is. The facade of the couple-house are designed quite similar, but the layout of the rooms can be distinguished into type A and type B. This difference was created to give privacy between houses, so the window did not face each other directly, but still able to maximize the scenery. The difference between type A and type B can be seen on the back face of the couple-house.
