As the minutes ticked by the score deficit was reduced from 9-4 to 9-7 to the whites and with some resolute defending this is how it ended up with the whites lifting the trophy.
Firstly, I would like to thank everyone that attended the Celebrity Charity Football Match at Aldershot Town Football Club on 3rd May in support of Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. It was an amazing turnout with over 1,000 spectators turning up to watch what was an amazing game between two VERY competitive sides captained by Jez Lynch and Lee Ryan. The whites, led by Lee, ran into an early lead thanks to the direct play and clinical finishing of Kieran Nicholls, who ran the show for the most part of the first half. Aided of course by Bridges Estate Agents very own Alex Katsaros with some vital assists. As we entered the second half, it looked like Jez Lynch’s reds had a serious talking to as they battled back with the help of some nifty work from Jez himself, Dan Osbourne and Stevi Ritchie.
It was a truly tremendous evening topped off with the celebrities posing for photos, signing T-shirts, footballs and autograph books for those that had booked the VIP area. So, once again, thank you to everyone involved both on and off the pitch in what was a very proud and memorable occasion for both Bridges and Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. Your ears are your friends, listen to what buyers are really looking for, there may be many properties viewers are not aware are on the market which would be perfect for them. 3. Be open minded. When booking a viewing, listen to our suggestions on what would be good to view for you, it often turns out people's dream property is not what they had expected to love! What should a property investor know about today’s market?
What the property they are interested in will potentially be worth in 10-12 years’ time. Has the market changed much in the last five to ten years?
Favourite ever album?
I could never narrow it down to just one, I love almost every genre. Favourite sport?
I can't comment too much on the full ten years but the last three have changed significantly in a fluctuating market.
Mixed martial arts. No sport comes close in excitement for me. Favourite park?
Why would you recommend your office?
Our office is full of different characters, so much experience between the four of us and we all share a passion for delivering a service of the highest quality. How about out of work, what’s your favourite holiday destination?
Got to be my phone. It's so important as part of the job and I use it for almost everything in my home life too.
Lightwater Country Park. Nice place for a short walk to gather your thoughts in peace. And finally, what’s your guilty pleasure?
If it's edible, it probably needs salad cream on it.
It has to be Greece, in particular, the island of Thassos. Great food and drink, beautiful views and amazing weather.
