Why would you recommend your office? The team here are fantastic, hardworking, very competent and caring. It’s clear to see why we are market leaders by a long way! How about out of work, what’s your favourite holiday destination? I went to Las Vegas this year with my wife and loved it!

What three tips would you give to someone looking to become an Estate Agent? Join a company which has a number of branches to maximise the chance of promotion. Join a busy branch with market share, this shows they’re doing well. And finally, get stuck in and make lots of phone calls. What advice do you give families when buying? Make sure they choose a large enough house that they will stay in for a while so that they don’t outgrow it too soon. Make sure they get the best mortgage advice to save money and also to choose a solicitor that will ensure it all goes through in a speedy time frame.

Favourite restaurant? Any Chinese restaurant! Favourite city? London as there’s so much to do there. Favourite pub? I live right next to the Harvester in Frimley Green. We visit Frimley Lodge Park a lot and go to the beer garden at the Harvester on the way home.

What areas have you worked in? Basingstoke, Hook and Hartley Wintney. What’s the most impressive property you’ve dealt with? An old mill house call Andwell Mill on the outskirts of Hook. It had beautiful gardens with a mill pond with its own resident swan that managed to get in the photos for marketing. What are the classic mistakes sellers make when trying to sell their property? Some vendors don’t leave the property and can end up
