All new packaging, color, and a new naming standard makes distinguishing between models easy: NEMO pads come in three widths: 20", 25", or 30", and a range of lengths depending on model: Short (48"), Regular (72") Long (76") or Extra Long (80").

STUFF SACK PACKAGING Every NEMO pad comes with a drawcord style stuff sack and beginning in 2014 it doubles as reusable packaging that’s easier for customers to use at retail. And stuff sack bottoms now correspond to pad colors for quick identification in your store.
BAFFLES Since a person lies lengthwise on a pad, lateral baffles provide more support along the length of their body and a stable sleeping surface. Cosmo™ and Astro™ sleeping pads feature a pillow baffle at the head area for extra support with no additional weight.
FABRIC TEAR STRENGTH NEMO pads are built to last. We use a high denier, high tear strength fabric on all pads for abrasion resistance in even the toughest conditions.

Most lightweight pads utilize cutouts in their internal foam to reduce mass. Fillo™ is the pillow you’ve been dreaming of. No more nights with your head on an overturned backpack or a jacket zipper pressing into your face. Fillo™ uses a combination of a three inch thick inflatable cell with engineered baffles and a one inch thick memory foam layer to achieve a perfect balance of supple cushioning and adjustable height. A simple and innovative grid of elastic cord under Fillo™ lets you slide in an extra piece of clothing for additional height to accommodate broad shouldered side-sleepers. The removable microsuede cover is seductively soft and machine washable. For convenience, both models have their stuff sacks integrated into their microsuede covers.

Sometimes what you really want to round out a perfect day of hiking or surfing is a good hot shower. The Helio™ Pressure Shower comes in a small, neatly nested kit, weighs less than a liter of water, and provides 5 to 7 minutes of steady and satisfying water pressure. Unlike conventional gravity-fed, hanging shower systems, the Helio™ system uses an 11 liter welded fabric water tank pressurized by a foot pump. To use the system, you simply fill up the water tank, let it warm in the sun, set the tank on the ground, then step on the foot pump a few times. Pumping occasionally while showering maintains the water pressure. Circo™ Wash Basin is built on an inflatable frame similar to our little Disco™ pad pump. Basically, you inflate the Circo™ with your lungs and it takes its bowl shape—the side walls are structural and create a generously sized basin for washing bigger items and lots of dishes.
