Brieanna is a Senior Regional Corporate Account Executive for Equinox Fitness in Los Angeles and Orange County, California. In her executive position, she analyzes relevant markets to determine new business opportunities for the organization; manages customer relations to encourage repeat business, sales, and satisfaction; effectively recruits, hires, and trains 25-plus sales associates; and oversees the coordination of company-sponsored events and engages regional marketing strategies to achieve increases in revenue, brand awareness, and sales leads.
From Sales Associate to Senior Regional Corporate Account Executive
Brieanna’s career upward trajectory at Equinox was fast-tracked, thanks to her ability to perform and deliver She began her career with Equinox in 2012 as a Sales Associate, where she consistently met and surpassed company sales, customer service, and revenue objectives. Within a year, she quickly moved to the position of Account Executive. In this position, Brieanna was responsible for building long-term relationships with major corporate clients and Fortune 500 accounts, including CBS, Fox, CAA, WME, and ICM, in order to optimize retention, satisfaction, and sales. She also played a vital role in ensuring the seamless operations of sales activities and maintained accurate and updated sales performance records for management.
One year later, in 2014, Brieanna was promoted to Senior Regional Corporate Account Executive, a position she has proudly held and succeeded in for 10 years.
Career Highlights and Achievements with Equinox
Her accomplishments with Equinox Fitness have been recognized with several honors and milestones. She earned the 2014 Corporate Club of the Year award for Equinox Century City. Brieanna was also recognized as the Top Producer of Century City Equinox Fitness and was awarded Top Sales Performer and Account Executive of the Year 2016. She was recognized for securing $3 million in sales revenue. In fact, Brieanna has been a top sales performer for more than 11 years.
Prior Career Positions
Before joining Equinox, Brieanna Skarbo was an Outside Sales Representative in the Fashion/Wholesale industry for over a decade. In these positions, she demonstrated the benefits and features of company products to potential clients at Surf Expo, MAGIC, AGENDA, CALA, and other major tradeshows. She also maintained the integrity of all store accounts and major and online stores and developed and implemented new products to drive increases in client brand engagement.

Brieanna Skarbo created and is the Co-Chair of the Equinox Women’s Alliance in Leadership, a collaboration of women and allies committed to uplifting, empowering, and amplifying female voices through a supportive community focused on personal and professional growth, mentorship, and connection. She believes women are empowered to succeed and thrive when they have access, opportunity, and support in their careers.

Brieanna loves the arts and all things entertainment, including going to the movies and theater She also loves classic cinema, which is not surprising given her background in theatre at the Stella Adler Academy. Brieanna also enjoys reading, learning, and being transported by the author.
