As the world digitalizes, Spinexpo NY focused on imagery and inspiration from nature. This year’s show offered a look in to the exploration of different cultural elements from around the world, putting an emphasis on reclaiming our sensory experiences with textiles.

ICELANDIC FAIRYTALE Volcanic activity, landscapes and rock formations are amongst many natural phenoma offering inspiration for these earthy tones and textures.

K AL AHARI D ESERT Local vegetable dyes found in Botswana inspire rugged, war m earthy tones reminiscent of the desert heat. Natural cottons, linens and hemp combine to create soft blends of jacquards and decorative elements.
