Stadium Setup 2

This may be the only battle where you’ll want to be right in the middle! The Battle at Bristol... College Football’s Biggest Ever. It is anticipated that around 150,000 fans will see a game that has been talked about for decades, and will set a record for largest attendance (at what? a college football game?). The information in this booklet explains how YOU can be part of that record setting crowd. With the unique fully enclosed layout of the stadium seating bowl, BMS is able to divide the stadium in two, thus creating a Virginia Tech side and a Tennessee side (see diagram below). Tennessee (home team) and Virginia Tech will each have about 40,000 tickets allotted in their respective areas to sell. Bristol Motor Speedway will sell the remainder of the inventory and will have seating available throughout the stadium.

The Battle at Bristol also allows fans to enjoy a premium seating experience on top of the famed racing surface of the World’s Fastest Half-Mile. Pricing for this “Battlefield” seating area starts in the $400 range. If you are interested in Battlefield or other premium seating options (suites, hospitality, The Edge, etc), please contact Jonathan at 423-989-6973 for more information.

Pricing information for premium seating (suites, field-level, hospitality, etc.) will be available in the near future. Please see our pricing map below.

$140 $120 $100 $80 $50 $40

In a change from regular BMS NASCAR events, the Dale Earnhardt Terrace and the Darrell Waltrip Grandstand will be divided into two differently priced areas. This was done in an effort to mirror each sideline and provide equal value accordingly. Earnhardt I includes sections ET-A through ET-Q and are priced at $120. Earnhardt II extends from ET-R to ET-BB and is $100 per seat. Waltrip I is in the corners of Turns 3 and 4 (sections DW-A – DW-J and DW-AA – DW-JJ) and sells for $80 each. Waltrip II is in the middle portion of the grandstand (DW-K through DW-Z) and is $40.

Pricing

Regular stadium tickets for the Battle at Bristol start at $40 for endzone seating and top out at $140 for sideline. Prices below do not include Tennessee state sales tax.

Priority Point Program 4

We are very proud to introduce the Bristol Motor Speedway and Dragway Priority Point Program. Its purpose is to aid in the allocation of tickets, parking and camping for the Battle at Bristol and other future special events. It also helps us identify customers who have been with us longest and recognize them for their loyalty.

Essentially it comes down to this…The more priority points you have, the better chance you have at seeing history made at The Last Great Colosseum, and the higher priority you will have in the seating, parking and camping assignment process for the biggest game in college football history!

THE FOUR CRITERIA USED TO GENERATE YOUR PRIORITY POINT TOTAL ARE... 1 CURRENT NUMBER OF TICKETS PURCHASED OVER THE MOST RECENT THREE-YEAR PERIOD (2014-2016 FOR BATTLE AT BRISTOL PURPOSES)

3 NUMBER OF CONSECUTIVE YEARS PURCHASING AT LEAST ONE BMS SEASON TICKET SINCE 1998

2 NUMBER OF CONSECUTIVE YEARS PURCHASING AT LEAST ONE CUP SERIES RACE TICKET SINCE 1992

4 TOTAL AMOUNT SPENT SINCE 1992 ON EVENT TICKETS AND CAMPING

LET US ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE… •

Why did you select 1992 as the starting point for consecutive Cup years and total spend? BMS moved to a computerized ticket system in 1991. Records prior to that date are not available. The earliest year for which we have complete data is 1992.

Why did you select 1998 for the season ticket criteria? BMS has a long and illustrious history dating back to 1961. We realize we still have fans that have never missed a race throughout the track’s existence. The first year that BMS offered a full, four-day season ticket was 1998.

So if I have been a season ticket holder since 1998, do I get credit for both consecutive Cup and season years? Yes! Season ticket holders will get credit for both.

What counts in the total spend? Only purchases made in the account holder’s

name directly from the BMS ticket office will count. This includes the major events like NASCAR races, the NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals, BMS camping for those events, additional experiences (Superpass, Bud Tap Room, Pit Road Party Zone, etc.) and Monster Truck show tickets purchased in advance and on account. Events like Bristol Dragway Street Fights, Speedway in Lights or other “walk-up events” would not count toward your total. •

What tickets are eligible over the three-year period? Any NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race ticket purchased via your BMS ticket office account will count.

Will I get the same seats that I have for NASCAR? As mentioned, each school will receive about 40,000 tickets to sell. BMS will assign seats in priority point order and will consider customer requests, but cannot guarantee specific seats.

NOW THAT WE’VE ANSWERED SOME OF YOUR QUESTIONS, LET’S LOOK AT HOW THE FORMULA WORKS…

CRITERIA

NUMBER OF CURRENT TICKETS CONSECUTIVE CUP YEARS CONSECUTIVE SEASON YEARS TOTAL SPEND

POINTS

1 POINT PER TICKET 1 POINT PER YEAR 1 POINT PER YEAR 1 POINT PER EVERY $1000 SPENT

ADD THE POINTS EARNED FROM THOSE CRITERIA TOGETHER AND YOU’LL GET YOUR PRIORITY POINT TOTAL.

Priority Point Program 6

HOW WILL THE POINTS BE USED? The priority points will be used to assign seat locations, parking spaces and campsites for the Battle at Bristol. Those customers who placed deposits for the game will be ranked in terms of their total points. BMS will then go down the list, beginning with the customer with the most points, and start assigning seats based on the preferences (e.g. you want to sit on the UT or VT side or you have ADA/handicap seating needs, among others) you will provide on an order form that BMS will mail to you in September 2015. Parking and camping assignments will follow a similar process. Information regarding parking and camping availability will be available as soon as plans are ďŹ nalized.

DEPOSITS & SEAT ALLOCATION PROCESS

The only customers guaranteed tickets for the Battle at Bristol through BMS are our own season ticket holders/iBelong Members. These individuals may place a deposit any time before Thursday, September 10, 2015. BMS season ticket holders and iBelong Members may reserve three football tickets per every two BMS season packages held.

If you are not a season ticket holder at Bristol, all NASCAR Sprint Cup and NHRA Combo ticket holders will have the opportunity to place their deposits beginning Wednesday, July 1, 2015. In order to be considered for ticket priority, all deposits must be received by Thursday, September 10, 2015. Please refer to the chart on opposite page to see how many deposits each non-season ticket holder may reserve.

PRIORITY POINTS

MAX NUMBER OF DEPOSITS*

100+ 75 - 99.99 50 - 74.99 25 - 49.99 10 - 24.99 0 - 9.99

12 10 8 6 4 2

*Final quantities of tickets and seat locations will be determined by priority points calculated using purchases made through the 2016 BMS NASCAR season by December 2015. Season ticket holders will be able to use the formula that nets the account holder the greater sum of deposits. Example: Customer has two season tickets, making them eligible for three football tickets. If the same customer has 45 points, it would make them eligible to request up to six tickets.

NOTE TO NON-SEASON TICKET HOLDERS: A deposit alone DOES NOT guarantee a ticket. Due to the demand for tickets for this event and the limited number of tickets available from BMS, it is possible that BMS will receive more deposits for which it can allocate tickets. If this occurs, the seat assignment process will be done in priority point order, beginning with the account with the most points and continuing until either inventory is exhausted or all orders are filled, whichever comes first. In the event orders cannot be fulfilled, refunds will be issued for any outstanding deposits.

If seats still remain after all deposits have been fulfilled, the limited remaining tickets will be made available to the general public on a first-come, first-served basis in late spring or summer of 2016. Each Battle at Bristol order is contingent upon your 2016 NASCAR tickets being paid for in full. If your NASCAR/NHRA tickets are not paid in full by June 30, 2016, your football tickets will be cancelled and no refunds will be issued. As mentioned earlier‌The more priority points you have, the better chance you have at seeing history made at The Last Great Colosseum, and the better your seats, parking spot and/or camping location will be for the biggest game in college football history!
