DE Brixen – Neustift –Franzensfeste

Brixen ist wieder Schauplatz des Water Light Festivals, wo verschiedene Altstadt- und Wasserorte durch kreative Ideen zu Kunstwerken werden. Anlässlich der 5. Ausgabe des Brixen Water Light Festival powered by Durst wird das Festival erstmals am Tag und bei Nacht stattfinden. Bei Tag im Museum des Kloster Neustift und der Festung Franzensfeste und bei Nacht in der Stadt Brixen.

Besucher*innen erwartet eine Auswahl an Kunstwerken, die das bestimmende Thema des Festivals - die kulturellen, ökologischen, sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Aspekte von Wasser und Licht - in den Fokus rücken. Die künstlerischen Arbeiten schaffen eine inspirierende und faszinierende Synthese aus Geschichte, Kunst und Technologie, die zum Nachdenken anregt und die Schönheit von Wasser und Licht auf einzigartige Weise zum Ausdruck bringt.

IT Bressanone –Novacella– Fortezza

A Bressanone si terrà la 5ª edizione del Water Light Festival powered by Durst. Il festival si amplia con installazioni presso il Forte di Fortezza e l’Abbazia di Novacella e si svolge sia di giorno sia di notte. Di notte nello spazio pubblico di Bressanone e di giorno nei musei dell’Abbazia di Novacella e nel Forte di Fortezza.

I visitatori possono aspettarsi una selezione di lavori artistici che si concentrano sul tema principale del festival: gli aspetti culturali, ambientali, sociali ed economici dell’acqua e della luce. Le opere artistiche creano una sintesi stimolante e affascinante di storia, arte e tecnologia che fa riflettere ed esprime in modo unico la bellezza dell’acqua e della luce.

Brixen will be, once again, the setting for the Water Light Festival, transforming historical sites in the old town and venues linked to water sources into works of art. The 5th edition of the Brixen Water Light Festival powered by Durst will take place by day and by night for the first time. By day in the museum of the Neustift Monastery and the Franzensfeste Fortress and by night in the city of Brixen. Visitors can expect a selection of artworks that focus on the defining themes of the festival - the cultural, ecological, social and economic aspects of water and light. The artworks create an inspiring and fascinating synthesis of history, art and technology that is thought-provoking and expresses the essence of water and light in a unique way.
