緊接著七月的歐洲電影節,由歐洲聯盟駐香港及澳門辦事處、香港歌德學院主辦,百老匯電影中心合辦的「歐亞紀錄週」,將於8月5日(五)至8月14日(日)舉行,為香港觀眾帶來15部記載歐亞兩地不同題材的紀錄片,讓真相傳承下去。「歐亞紀錄週」得到多國領事館支持,選映15部紀錄片涵蓋多個範疇,包括︰人權、移民、女權、運動、性小眾、貧窮問題及新聞自由等,以不同角度切入各地人民及群體面對的困境和掙扎。
Following on immediately from the European Union Film Festival, the European Union Office to Hong Kong and Macao and Goethe-Institut Hongkong are pleased to present the EU-Asia Documentary Fest (EU-Asia Docs) with the support of Broadway Cinematheque. From 5 August (Friday) to 14 August (Sunday), EU-Asia Docs presents a selection of 15 documentaries. The truth will continue to be passed on to the next generation with these in-depth portrayal of individual lives. With the substantial support of European Union Member States, an array of 15 documentaries exploring various issues from Europe and Asia will be screened, including: human rights, migration, woman’s right, sport, LGBTIQ+ rights, poverty and press freedom.
